- Scott Calvin is on the brink of his 65th birthday and realizing that he can’t be Santa forever. He’s suddenly starting to lose his Santa magic; and, more importantly, he’s got a family who could benefit from a life in the normal world, especially his two kids who have grown up at the North Pole. With a lot of elves, children and family to please, Scott sets out to find a suitable replacement Santa while preparing his family for a new adventure in a life south of the pole.
The Disney+ Original series “The Santa Clauses” stars Tim Allen, Elizabeth Mitchell, Elizabeth Allen-Dick, Devin Bright, Austin Kane, Matilda Lawler, Rupali Redd and Kal Penn. Award-winning Jack Burditt (“30 Rock,” “Modern Family”) is the executive producer and showrunner; and Tim Allen, in addition to starring, Kevin Hench (“Last Man Standing”), Richard Baker and Rick Messina will also serve as executive producers along with Jason Winer and Jon Radler for Small Dog Picture Company. The Disney Branded Television series is a production of 20th Television, part of Disney Television Studios.

The kids and teens really stole the show especially Austin and Elizabeth! I can tell that they already have a great brother sister chemistry like their characters do! I enjoyed watching The Santa Clauses this Christmas and I’m already excited for Season 2!

Tim and Elizabeth working together again has been a long time coming! Like no time has passed. It was very close that they would've been together on TV screen in 2011. Elizabeth said at Wondercon fan convention in 2011 that Tim had asked her to star alongside him as his wife in Last Man Standing. He even sent her the pilot script after he vouched for her to the show's crew. But due to her schedule, she wasn't available at the time. It's amazing how Tim thought of Elizabeth first. A huge missed opportunity in television.
Tim and Elizabeth are the best TV couple and TV parents of all time. It's amazing how they've managed to maintain a close loving relationship for all these years. Actors maintaining a good relationship is generally difficult thing to do in Hollywood. Usually ego and off-camera drama always get in the way. So Tim Allen and Elizabeth Mitchell are a living proof of how things are supposed to be done in Hollywood.
