I also struggle with hormonal hair loss and I can't tell you how much it meant to me to see you be open about it. I love when I see good mother-daughter relationships❤ I’m glad to be in a good relationship with my mom these days. I hope to take her travelling like you do! Being friends with your parents as adults is the ultimate flex imho 😊 Yes you’ve known them forever, but as an adult, it’s amazing to get to know your parents on a personal level. It’s great to start that relationship young, but tbh, when you’re a kid, your parents are supposed to suck a little bit, cuz they have to tell you what to do to keep you safe until you can make your own informed decisions. But getting older, you realize that knowing who your parents are will help you see the things they face you over your lifetime to get you into adulthood, and you understand yourself a little more. My heart goes out to people who weren’t able to foster relationships like that with their parents or caregivers. But those that have, cherish it! You’ve been blessed by the universe!
Now, my mum is also my best friend. I feel like I can tell her everything. We gossip, we share, we tell each other things. So grateful!
