- New Fenrir Legendary Pilot is here and we can finally use it on the Fenrir with the pascal drone. The Bernadette Fenrir pilot has been the best pilot for years, and the gold standard of legendary pilots, by completely reviving
the Fenrir years after it was irrelvant. Now we get a chance to use the Liesel pilot that improves the Fenrir defence system, and gives us defence points. The pascal drone is a crazy tank drone and it is the new meta. The question is.... Is the new Fenrir pilot better than Bernadette? New Fenrir Power 💥

I think they overlooked that the REAPERs went through your defense because the same thing happened with the skyros pilot at the beginning

I use both pilots on the exact same Fenrir with Pascal and Bernadette Wolf end up still being better, this could probably be better on ultimate Fenrir but so far there's no better choice than Bernadette Wolf

At the end of the day, hp will always be more valuable than resistance. While the defenses may be "unmitigatable", you have a smaller health pool, and thus all armor modules load up slower, healing is not as large, and total beginning hp is lower. All in all, we did not need this pilot.
@@helixwash4508 yes, with Bernadette Wolf I start with 600k Hp with the new pilot start at 331k is just a lot more than just 60%

That’s powerful, I’d like to see everything else the same but with 1 repair amp, 2 nuclear amp, and one overdrive. I say overdrive because you have so much hp when ur at 25% that it would still work.

Am I reading this correctly? Pascal gives you 100 Defense Points when your HP drops to 70%. And then another 100 at 50%. And then another 100 at 30%.
Also it heals grey damage.

makes me feel like it's made for the fenrir/ultimate fenrir (it's made for the curie)
but the effects are temporary, i think they last 5 ish seconds.
bernadette gives 60% more health, so 1.6x, with resistance fully effective its 3.2x the base hp,
baronet provides 150 resistance, so 2.5x effective of the base hp, but cant be mitigated.
on paper bernadette is better, however with the durability extenders, Baronet has more potential as a meta set up. Due to baronet recieving greater benefits from healing/durability extenders
Short explaination is that having the same 100k more hp, baronet will allow it to work like 250k whereas bernadette will make it work like 200k
to explain what i mean further,
- Berna starts with 185% base hp, resistance allow it to be x2 so 370%
- Baron starts with 125% base hp, resistance allow it to be x2.5 so 312%
if you use double durability extenders, 20% every time, 5 times, 100% more health
Berna will now be at 285% with x2 so 570% of base hp,
Baronet will now be at 225% with 2.5 so 562% of base hp
5 stacks could quite easily be achieved with the op rust weapons, so pretty much you start weapon with baronet, but after 4 minutes it'll be as strong as bernadette, and the rest of the round it will grow stronger than bernadette.
so in the end, i think Baronet has more potential as a meta set up, because it requires less healing for similar effectiveness, so with fast battleship charging weapons baronet will end up much stronger than bernadette if you are able to last.

You're calculation is based on the normal? Cause the ultimate has 150 base defence, 200 with Liesel, meaning it's effective hp is even more....
@@vforvendetta6193yeah, but for the ultimate it would actually make less of a percentage difference so you would need more durability extender stacks to make up for it,
but now that you mention it, i would probably run bernadette on ultimate edition since it alraedy has defence mitigation resistance if im not mistaken?
Needed to use Armadillo. The reapers are going to still be a big problem for Fenrir but every bot has a counter.
Don't forget the new rust weapon they prevent 10% percent of your health restore and makes you vulnerable

I'm guessing they want players to use this new pilot for the Fenrir with the Ultimate Fenrir. Even still with the regular Fenrir, I'd assume they want this thing to be able to fight against titans and other top robots

Two things I wanna know about that Pilot:
1. Do Reapers still go through her ability and ignore defence? (Like how they ignore Theseus on Skyros)
2. Does Subduer, Damper, Tamer wreck that pilot? Those rusties aren't defense mitigation, it decreases the effectiveness of defense points for a period time per rust stack (now called Fragility) and hinders healing while rust is in effect.
Also, I think Deceivers and Tamers are gonna be a counter to that pilot.
1. Reapers should still bypass it
2. of course. Damper/Tamer wreck more than 800k damage in 3 seconds. They don't have the fragility effect like the rust rockets, but they don't need it since they deal so much damage

The new one basically is useless againt normal weapons but titan weapons would take as much time to kill it as normal weapons
@abdouaboud7490 no, the santa gives 40 more defense points and keeps fenrirs shield to which is very useful. Santa pilot gives 140 dps then add two repair modules 50 dps. Put on Shair or armadillo to grow.

@gidluxione2184 I've got some tips:
1/ use Wodan's shield at like the last 1/3 of an enemies clip. It works great against the explosive shotguns because you can prevent them from exploding you by blocking the last half or so of their clip. Then, when they go to reload, switch back to resistance mode, you begin charging your shield again while they are reloading. Most people run bernadette, so the fact that you have a shield move will shock your enemy. Remember, the shield will help block the Typhon emp too while you're running, which can lock the bernadette pilot since she has no shield.
2/ i think Shai works best on this because it's hard for Fenrir to get kills since enemies clash and then run. Fully charged with two max repair amps, that's 265 defense points maxed out. Armadillo is a better big picture, but you have to have killing guns.
3/ i dont believe damage deflected by resistance is awarded to your enemy, so those massive durability points from killing betnadette won't be given to the opposing team with Wodan.
4/ the Sonic shotguns xhew tanks up, but i notice the shield and resistance can make those things choke up. Most enemies expect to be getting straight through, but you'll see how the mass resistance really slows them down.

I disagree Predator that its stupid for reaper to go thru resistance. With its eternal reload, they better do high damage when u actually hit. They’ve long been replaced as a top weapon. In br games infact they can be a liability
A few days ago, B4R-0NT-N3T chased me and my friends, we had to hide in a Sewerage, turns out George had an EMP Device with Him, a few minutes after disabling the Robot, we tried to call for help, also tried to check if Liesel has sent Her Robot to attack us, our Phone implants also got disabled, a few kilometres away from the incident, outside the EMP range, one of our team members was working there, We used Her phone implant to make the call. Turns out B4R's Attack mode was enabled by mistake, it went on a rampage and destroyed a few of our Secret Bases. It has been a few days trying to recover from this incident. But we're coping. Be careful out there. Mining Quest from your future, signing out! 🤖
I have 598k hp, with Bernadette. Guess im never gonna change her. 🤣. Also, imo you need to use that turret from mother ship, what give you max hp (and, northlight bcs it give defence points).

Another unsaid issue is the new currency system makes leveling them is much more expensive. So only whales and content creators have them leveled.

This pilot is effectively useless with Ultimate Fenrir. Ult Fenrir naturally has resistance bypass immunity, so adding this pilot only makes Fenrir lose its shield.
Bernadette still reigns supreme
Actually in that case Wodan would give you 140 dps right away and keep the shield.
Swap out the paskal for armadillo and see what happens

Reaper is still meta its just people dont use it as much bc the reload got nerfed from 8 to 12 seconds

Your not interpreting it right predator. I believe the effect of the pilot is to neutralize the rust effect. That's where the defense "reduction" is. Defense "mitigation" is a different concern than "reduction". And that is saying a lot as the only what bothering me in the current meta is the rust effect and anti healing effect.

Yea they really need to be more clear on what the ability can with stand. Reaper? Titan? Use specific and consistent terminology. SIMPLIFY IT. There are so many different abilities and new weapons that bypass this but not that.

You know what's awesome? Owning an MK 3 Ultimate Mender, then Pixonic releasing tamer, damper, subduer. I mean.. playing ANY support is just pointless. Nodens? Useless. Sirius? Useless. Heimdall? Well, not many play it for repair, but.. the repair is useless. Mender? Pointless. Nightingale? Used to be a great beacon runner, now in current meta it is just straight trash. Tyr? Why bother. Literally the only 2 support bots that do anything in this META are demeter because absorber shield, and khepri because of the bonuses from linking besides just the (tiny) repair. Every other support bot? Trashed. And it's the usual Pixonic bullshit. At one time, they said they wanted to extend battles a bit. You know, like the old drones. Pre-nerf / drone re-work (aka robbery) Nebula on a tank was super tough. Then they "got tired of shields", and reworked the drones (aka robbed the customer base), but then they put aegis here, aegis there, aegis every f'n where. Pixonic is just lies stacked on top of lies stacked on top of even more lies.

Love the channel, but war robots is almost dead. Their current business model is unsustainable. It just isn't fun anymore. Sad, used 2 be great game, but greed seems to win. Are there any other fun "f2p" real-time coop games you would recommend? Would still like to follow the channel but quiting war robots soon.
There is a game named "Battle of Titans", but the creator is busy so don't expect frequent updates.
