please detail for fly ash bricks, & also for block wall on all R.F.C. full frame work of house. that may be cheaper than normal brick work. thanks, your efforts are appreciated.
Wow thank you so much for explaining the foundations. Super. and love the diagram. It makes it really easy to understand. Yes please do make a video on steel inside the concrete PCC. Also another question instead of making a concrete damp proof why not use a plastic membrane which will stop the moisture moving upward from the ground as this is used in other parts of the world.
We want to see vedio, the basement structures with same ground storey plan, means also basement house.

It's good, I want to add that your goodself forgot to say about Bituminous layer coat is necessary which is above the DPC for good Damp proofing. Moreover, for better stability of long continue load bearing walls (although interlocking with rooms walls) , you have to Construct 13.5 x 13.5 inches bricks Columns with 9"walls at certain distances, particularly in corners or good in between rooms. Kindly be remember when you are constructing boundaries or parapet walls then you have also to consider Bricks columns design according to the wall thickness. Regards.
