Big shout out to mark for the information.
Just a bit of extra information for anyone money farming. I didn’t mention but you can only carry 999’999 poke dollars in your bag so you can never reach the amount of 3’000’000 😅 although it does mean using the technique in the video you will be able to max out your money in roughly 30 minutes.
Also shoutout to Hugh who discovered two trainers on 210 (running in circles) that pay out 26k each with the amulet.

The two trainers on Route 210 giving out 26k in total, even if both of them react to the VS Seeker. so its not even close to the old couple.

The beginning of the story he tells you to meet him places and not to be late or he’ll charge you 1,000,000 pokedollars. He does it quite a bit.
I found a better spot to farm (early game&unknown if trainer levels). On route 210 there is a couple in the fog (running in circles, screen left) that has a raichu and a gyarados. 13k for defeat, 26k with amulet.. *PSA: Defog is aquired at the safari enterance. Dont know how i forgot to mention this*

I am in post game but the trainers Pokemons are stuck at Level 27, is this a bug??
@@sawuwu3108 if they're stuck at 27, then I think that means they dont level up through VS seeker, buuut hey still an easy 26k for 1 double KO

im stuck ive done all post game. rematch the elite 4 got heatran checked t he park where u c oak for the legendary. vs the trainers for money over 10 times there still level 40???, only thing ive got to do is gym trainers rematch and battle tower. what tick am i missing man

Better: Route 210 the Ace Duo running around. 26K per battle only need to beat Gyarados and Raichu.

idk if anyone else has pointed it out yet but you get 26k (amulet coin) per double battle from the ace trainers on route 210. I have not become champion yet so I don't know if this value will increase. You only need one of them to activate from vs seeker to get the double battle. They have a Gyarados and a Raichu. Hope this helps =)
Cannot find these ace trainers on 210. Can you specify where? I am going back and forth and can’t find any ace trainers on that route. Note: I am not finished with the game, so if it’s a post-game thing, then I’m not there yet. I’m at elite 4.

Thank you so much for this advice Sean. I've been grinding the past 20 minutes and it's been paying off. The video is good too but I feel this is a better payout and higher chance since you just need one to activate the battle.
This works. The pokemon never level up either, they stay in the level 20s, and if you turn off battle animations and have a move that Double hits the enemy this method is definitely worth it
If you cant get past the level 40 mark, battling/catching heatran will trigger the level 60 mark

A thought I had during the video - maybe use 1 'overleveled' Pokemon + 5 Pickup Pokemon (like pachirisu). So you can get items over time and sell them increasing the money you can earn.
Also getting Rare candies and stuff.

I'm doing this and it's good, imo having 5 pickup is best for almost every situation. Once you get them to level 71 you have a low chance of obtaining bottle caps as well
If you wanna speed it up also turn off battle animations and turn up text speed in the options too!

I’ve beaten elite four and went through most of the survival area, and they max out at lvl40
i read that they only scale to max after you have caught heatran but havent tested myself

I use a method you can use as soon as celestic town is accessible fighting the ace trainer duo with a gyarados and raichu yielding 26k per fight no postgame needed. A little slower but I don't have to slog through the game just to breed and ev train.

I have a problem with the VS Seeker.
I have beaten the Champion and already have been to the Battle Tower in post game yet every time I use the VS Seeker, the trainers I’m versing don’t level up their Pokemons and I have no idea what to do.

Another good farm is the first rich boy off route 222 who gave me 14K with amulet. He only has a Luxio making it a quick battle.
Sorry if someone else asked. If you are in post game with a Meowth/Persian (atk ev trained) with payday, at max level with amulet coin. Couldn't you get even more money?

what do you mean by vs seeker upgrade? you can upgrade it?
So you cant upgrade the vs seeker itself but if you get to post game and encounter heatran (beat or catch dont matter if you faint it just for this and come back after e4 it will respawn again) then it makes the trainers level go up to level 60. I just tested this out and it totally works
Do the levels/money of the trainers go up if you have beaten the elite 4 or is it how many times you have rematched?
They should increase with each rematch after a certain progression point in the game has been made, I’m not 100% sure on what the pre cursors are right now I know ellite four/nats dex are likely trigger but also wonder if the battle tower may have something linked to it as well. Will try and update as soon as I know more mate 👍
@@Osirus I've beaten the elite 4 and champion but Lady Melissa still uses a 40 lopunny, is there another thing that has to be done before she goes up to lvl 60?

So I was curious to see if the Luck Incense paired with the Amulet Coin in a double battle with the Ace Trainers on route 210 would yield more Pokedollars. Unfortunately it does not. Just worth mentioning.

You can also earn more money if you use a meowth with amulet coin and the move payday

Luck incense is wayyy better. Bc if you use the Pokémon holding the luck incense in battle, it doubles the amount of money you earn.

Here’s a better method, double battle with ace trainer team to the east of celestic town on route 210. Their Pokémon will never level up and you can use two amulet coins
Also biking in circles for quicker steps
