UGC NET Kya Hota Hai?

UGC NET stands for University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test. It is a national-level exam conducted by the University Grants Commission (UGC) for the purpose of determining the eligibility of candidates for the post of Assistant Professor and Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in universities and colleges across India.
The UGC NET exam is a two-tier exam, consisting of a Paper-1 and a Paper-2. Paper-1 is a common paper for all subjects, while Paper-2 is a subject-specific paper. The exam is conducted in a total of 87 subjects.
The UGC NET exam is a very competitive exam, with a high cut-off. However, if you are well-prepared, you can definitely clear the exam and achieve your dream of becoming a professor or a researcher.
