They will all these land for development but to develop the roads street light water, place for schools hospital playing grounds are not reserved, thirdly the government will have to look for money to construct road and others which is bad, we should sit up as a nation.
My little suggestion; by-laws should be made and enforced for people to onky be allowed build two or more floors. This will safe lands. Also, only pre-coated roofing should be allowed. This prevents rusted roofs in the future
I have the same point of view as you because we are wasting land and not just that, our farming lands are now turning into townships and sooner or later, it would affect food productions.
Aputuogya has really changed. It used to be a a mere village with few homes along the road in those days. I would have never imagined it’ll become this big. Aputuogya is not Kumasi proper, it’s Bosomtwe District, considered Greater Kumasi.

You are right bro. If chiefs will only think that way it will be good. Their interests in to sell and leave it to the government. Here roads and lights are available before selling lands.
