there is absolutely no wrong way to cook freshly caught tuna! They're just absolutely delicious.
❤❤❤
Yellowfin, cut steaks one inch thick, real hot cast iron pan, plenty butter with a dash of olive oil, 1 minute each side, lemon, parsley, soy, rest for 1 minute, serious yummo.
Go Az, awesome.

❤❤❤
How I like my tuna is to roll it in toasted sesame seeds then on high heat with a little oil brown it 1min max per side and just before taking it off drizzle a small amount of soy sauce like 1-2 tea spoons and 4-5 drops of sesame oil then cut and serve
Hey its TK up in Humboldt in Northern Cali...Always a great episode Az! I am currently waiting on a new fit and a Dry Bag from the B2B store! That sale is amazing right now!!! Thank you!!!! Someday you will see me on the reef!
thank you for sharing your journey
Quick pan sear on the tuna
Wow, it's really fun fishing and diving looking for grilled lobsters and eating straight away, I hope you have a happy day 👍👍👍
Keep doing what your doing bala, stay safe every trip 🙏🏽👍🏾
I love these videos keep up the good work
Beautiful moment with the dolphins they really are special creatures ❤️
❤❤❤❤❤
Red Tuna (yellowfin, bluefin etc) is great sashimi but equally good cooked - obviously seared and rare but with a traditional italian tomato, caper, garlic and basil sauce. The Italians have been eating it that way for centuries
Sounds healthy and delicious
❤❤❤
❤❤❤

Ripper Az, great entertainment. Loved watching it! Cheers for sharing the video. YFT - Sashimi all the way, not even cooking it in Acid - Breaking all the rules. Such a beautiful fish. But, fish is like wine, everyone likes different wines and has different tastes, so do what tastes good for you mate! Merry Christmas to you all. Dive safe, have fun! 🎄👍👌🍻🐟
❤❤❤
I caught some Yellow fin in Samoa last month. Had a combo of sashimi, Samoan Oka and Tuna steaks. Every dish was amazing in its own right.
Stoked! What size? love Samoa
@BacktoBasics got three in the 20-25kg range. This was on a local fishing boat so it was pretty mental for what i am used to haha. Kept two loins and gave the rest to villages and staff so they were over the moon. I'm definitely keen to go back. Absolutely loved the place.
Thanks for great video! Love your underwater shots n your simple cooking! Tuna any way prepared is super. Thanks for taking us along. Stay safe, merry Christmas n best for 2024.
❤❤❤❤

I’m early! Been binge watching your videos and love the energy💕
Great episode Azz love watching you just enjoy what you do. It's great how you entertain us while still taking us on your journey.
❤❤❤❤
Very very cool ! Thanks ! 👍

I really like your video. Follow from Thailand
Came out at 4am here in Canada but I'm still watching
You legend
Sashimi for that tuna so I can live vicariously through you from in the middle of the desert. Thanks mate!
I was wondering what would you do if you were alone on an adventure like you were this time and something happened, you fell overboard while the boat was driving, or a shark attack, or if your boat sank in a storm, I have wondered if you have ways that you are prepared for such or can you prepare for such? Sorry if it’s a crazy question, 48 yr old grandmother from Birmingham Alabama USA I love you guys videos! Both channels are awesome! ❤😊
Great video thanks 🤙
Cook it that’s taste good my friend 😊
❤❤❤❤❤

Amazing fishing❤
I prefer sashimi or lightly seared for tuna personally
Great work Az , all the best for the Farm as well . 500 + mm of rain up there so far.
I got satisfying this video ,fantastik uncle👍
I have never had tuna fresh like that but I would love to try it one day if I ever get a chance love everything you do 💟💕💞💓🖤💛🩵🤍🤎❤️🔥🧡💜🩶💙💚👍👋❤️🩷💖🫶🏻🎅🏻🧑🏻🎄🎉🎄😍🥰🤗😘
❤❤❤❤
❤😅😅😊😊bonne année et joyeux fêtes à toi 🎉🎉🎉🎉
😊❤
Tuna seared with teriyaki is yummy, but so is sashimi and ceviche style
Fresh tuna or in fact, most fresh fish I think is always best with Cajun blackened powder cooked on the barbecue or open fire
Wow amazing,, i like your videos
Agree … raw or only in line and lemon juice
What a life man! l'd cut a thick fillet, season, sear all over for a minute, then off the heat and cut into slices. Seared on the outside, raw in the middle. Soy sauce, wasabi, chilli sauce on the side...need to go get something to eat...
Cool video
you could take dried garlic and it lasts forever really.
You’ve got to try lobster on a stick!
will do!
With that first tuna you caught, it looked liked you use a gaff to pull it in. Then you let it go. Wouldn't using the gaff put a big hole in its side? And hurt the fish too much to survive?
WASABIIIIIIIIIII
Fishing tuna is a test of patience and skill. On my channel, I explore the art of fishing. Let's reel in some great experiences!
สบายดี❤❤❤
What speargun are you using ? Make , size , model . Great video as usual. God bless . Watching you in Florida
Hey mate that's not a bluefin it was a Yellowfin you can tell by the little spikes that are yellow and the under fins are yellow blue fins look like yellow fins but are the colours off longtime tuna
you recon?? Ill have a closer look.
Raw or cooked, I don't care! Just send me some😅😋
I would’ve cooked some Tuna steaks
❤
❤❤❤❤
How does one man eat all that? I thought he was going to a village to share it? I must be missing something?
I just didnt film sharing mate! Went home to family the next day
Great video! Do you run across snakes on your journies, on land?
Not a particularly uncommon occurrence in most parts of Australia during the warmer weather.
We used to camp on the Murray River quite regularly and saw about 5 Eastern browns on a couple of walks over a couple of days.
Had one try and get in the boat when we were fishing one day.
I've seen quite a few on a local bike track near the river and we get a few each year at home.
If I were to cook it it would high and fast coated in sesame
😊😊😊😊😊
Not cooked! Just lemon! I use to cook tuna roast in the oven with V8!
I would cook the tuna. I've gotten sick from eating 'raw' tuna in ceviche.
I prefer my fish raw, but you need to watch out for worms if you catch it fresh.
Merry Christmas 🎄 and happy new year 🎉
First
As another Aussie, I have to say, if you have enough yellow fin, do as much as you can with as much of the fish as possible! Raw is good but so is cooked! Taking into consideration the parts of the animal you want to not cook!
ok👍👍👍👍👍💙❤
what happened to the double hook up you failed?
under 3 hour gang👇
❤❤❤❤
Hello I have a question?
Definitely no cook, and if you must raw in the middle 😢😮😊
don't cook the yellowfin,it's so good with key lime ponzu and wasabi.
Hell yeh!
✌🏽🇵🇷
Dumb trolling with a sping rod!
id cook um dont wanna chance food poisoning
I'm literally getting mugged by dolphins. Really...
Hello ❤️❤️ you are online 😂 it's great for me
Can I use your videos 🙂in my country🇮🇳 and make profit and earning✌️ in ratio 80 : 20
are you overreacting, genuinly curious.
is it for the video?
I mean i fish tuna daily and i never scream like that.
it might be the size of the tuna that makes the difference ?
I can see the coconut are very sweet
It's up to you how to eat Tuna
Seared
Lobster very good to eat raw
