    Thanks for the really useful tip about building a temporary "mold" using masking tape - it makes perfect sense and leads to a great result.

    I appreciate your easy-to-understand explanation on how to do epoxy. been wanting to do it on a couple of signs but didn't want to go in blind folded. will follow your video and see how it turns out. Thanks! Sorry i didn't see the 2-part epoxy listed?

    I missed two items here. Where did the 3 oz per sq foot come from. The calculations did not take into account the depth of the pour; in other words the thickness of the resin, which I presume was calcuated as part of the 3 oz. But if I want a thicker coat on top where does that fit into the equations?

      The 3oz comes from Stone Coat Countertops. I have also found that works well with other brand resins

    Paw Paw, new to CNC and love your videos. Just wondering - instead of sanding would it be possible to do a very light resurfacing or are the margins too small? Also could Oramask be utilised? John
