The mega drive pick up as a good example of how using your time wisely is valuable when sourcing at car boots . I sometimes check comps at bootsales but majority of the time i go on knowledge or gut. Can end up missing out on so many items faffing about for 20 mins looking through eBay comps on one stall . Great pick ups a vid . 😃

Don’t know if they are your sort of pick up but on the bread machine stall he had an overlocker, they are £100+ but a nightmare to thread
You should invest in a battery bank that has a 13 amp socket to test on site. Worth while if you’re using the trolly

ive done that car boot in denham also walton on thames and taplow on a sunday good drive me and my mate went loads of times set out at 1 in the morning to get there for 530 6 ish all the way from north wales used to be a long weekend sleeping in our vans we used to park on sainsburys in taplow after going to denham and walk up the road to the chippy called big bens for food

the thing to do is stick around till nearly closing time when people dont want to put things back in their cars and will sell you their entire stand cheap its a shame to see things sold for pennies that were bought for hundreds of pounds sometimes but i guess people just get sick pf the sight of things or dont have the space to store things my mum regularly sorts through clothes and puts them in those charity bags and puts them on the doorstep for collecting and then orders more clothes its a vicious circle 🤣
The stuff left at the end is not really stuff we would buy so it’s better for us to move on to another carboot 👍🏻 but your method does indeed work.

@@bezzle123 right now I’m focusing on what people need rather than what they want 🙏🏻 they sell faster during times of economic issues. For now that’s lots of electronics haha one day I’ll be buying more stuff people want

@@bezzle123 yeah that’s why i generally ignore media at carboots now it’s just not a good use of my time. By the time I’ve gone through a pile of media to find a single piece worth buying I could have found an electronic. It’s not for a lack of knowledge just simply better to optimise right now 😂 I wish I could sell everything but only so many hours in a day sadly.
