He was trying to ring Jake Moon to get him to put a hit on Sean but had a heart attack or something and all he could say to the nearby prisoners was "Get Jake". They misunderstood this as a request to kill Jake Moon and the last Jake was seen alive was in a car with what appears to be his killers as he has not been seen or heard from since. Johnny died and I don't think he spoke again.

Good Friday 2022 - EE peaked for decades, imo, this was at its modern day best, with some brilliantly actors playing superb roles. I stopped watching it in 2014, and thats because its shocking in comparison, but these clips are priceless, and never get boring.

Johnny planned to kill him right from the beginning. Playing mind games, deliberately getting him to turn on Johnny, making Paul Trueman turn up it was a masterclass from someone who knew Andy was too greedy, too stupid and in the end too weak for the job.

2001/02 to 2005 was a golden era for many, many things (including hip-hop). Something intrinsic happened to society from 2006/2007 onwards and not for the better.
2004 was very average and it showed. The Ferreira family having way to much air time and other boring storylines. But 2005 and onwards was very strong I thought.
Yeah the dirty den death storyline gets mentioned a lot but I found it boring . This feud was better and Andy death was better apart from the weird scream.
At first I was abit sceptical as I remembered these 2 in the Bill and even though they were brilliant It felt odd that they both reunite in eastenders as gangsters...both of them were again excellent in Eastenders...shame Johnny got him killed.
Anyone could have taken Andy on in a fight. It wasn't him personally who people were scared of it was his heavies. As Dennis Rickman explained to Alfie when Andy jumped the queue to Angie's Den in one episode.
Andy has more feats though. The only things Johnny has done is punching Ian and dodging a punch from Phil. Andy knocked Ian out with one punch and also handled Alfie several times. Also pinned his henchman against a wall.

Why did Andy just walk across the bridge like that and not push Johnny backwards or move his hand away. He must’ve been suspicious of Johnny from the start. I remember watching this years ago and I never understood why he did that.
So glad Andy got what he deserved from Johnny not long after what he did to Paul. Despised him. When Patrick confronted him he knew his days were numbered. So Johnny pushing him over the flyover was what happened. Johnny was also scum for what he did to Dennis. And Ruby, sweet as she tried to be, was as twisted as her dad. Very evil. And Stacey's brother Sean finished off johnny in prison. Ruby tried to buy Sean's love.

It's a shame Johnny Allen wasn't in the show longer. They later tried to turn him in to a softie with getting a daughter and wife which didn't quite work. When the actor decided to leave he went full on mob boss again
Theres always a third way but believe me you dont want to go there. Johnny is such a boss hinting at killing him in a crowded pub then kills him later on.
