However, as with any deity practice, the key is consistency. This means you should engage in deity practice every single day. That way you bring the enlightened energies into your life on a daily basis and create a very strong connection with the deity, thereby benefiting from the specific and general blessings granted by the particular deity that you are practising.
Sengdonma's mantra cannot be recited without initiation or vows, I started to recite her mantra but I wont continue I'm afraid to cause myself problems. But Rinpoche reads something that says it ok to so then its ok?

No it will not cause you mental or psycho disorders or problems.
