    Length Used : 95"
    Width : 16.5"
    I cut the above measurements twice
    (You can make your longer than that depends on who you are sewing for)
    It joined on both end (since it two pieces) and pleated into the upper part.

    This is not clear, you cut the v neck shape from the 3yards and younus the remaining to cut the down part, pls expanciatenon this

      I don’t quite understand what you want me to explain further on.
      I used Length 95 Wide 16.5
      I cut two of that
      Joined it together at both end
      Then pleat into the upper part
      I hope this gives clarity to what bothers you.
