Finishing the ATS! Never thought I'd see the day! Such a great game and was so enjoyable to watch the Demo!
I’m with you Jeff, I think it will be a lot of fun when it’s completed. As long as people don’t strictly compare it to SCS software’s truck simulators I think it can stand on its own. Track IR support would be a huge plus.

Oh and white out conditions does not just mean you cant see anything but white you can also have white out conditions that you can see for miles but can't see the road Idaho I drove in whiteout conditions that I could see for miles but had to use the rumble strips to know I was on the road and what side I was on

I play ATS in Vr sometimes but this game would be an amazing experiencing life as a trucker in alaska with a vr mod. Anything to help you be able to look around without taking your hand off the wheel to move your mouse is awesome. Love your videos Jeff and good luck with the house sale. i moved from Georgia to Wisconsin.I miss the south tho but Im starting to dig this midwest life.

Jeff sorry to be so long-winded in my previous text. I just wanted to say, speaking as a retired trucker who drove all hours of the day year round loading and unloading pallets in stacks 15 skids high on flatbeds by hand (if there was no forklift) in temps from 90°f in 1980s, I Toured the midwest and loaded/unloaded band gear down to -60°f! I survived on a case of water, gallons of coffee and 99 cent Arizona Ice teas.becausewe couldn't hunt in cities, some days we ate from Mc'Ds' or Wendies dollar menus. So I don't buy that growling stomach before you can even get out of town. Some hunger strikers have survived from 30 to 100 days without food! Water is more vital! An tell the programers, "Stop stalling out the truck with the heater on!" PACCAR makes Hybrid trucks that switch from diesel power to electric as needed. Also there are frame mounted generator's so you can stay warm or 😎cool wihout wasting pressious fiuel or polluting unnecessari!ly. The game has tremendous potential but if I hear a stomach growling more than "necessary, that could be a deal breaker for me.

Hey Jeff I really enjoyed your Alaskan truck simulator demo video walkthrough. I probably shouldn't have tried to play it at 3:00 a.m. I died half a dozen times before I got to the store. I think I have PTSD (Post Thermostatic Starvation Disorentation Syndrome)
I like the concept of the game. the interaction wear and tear of vehicle. I would like to see more people at the businesses (even if it's limited interaction). I'd like to see a tractor be a tri-axle needle nose 359 PETERBILT with a classic 871N DD and a Corvette Rockwood and dash cluster. Sweeet eh?Also, An Alaskan style headache rack and beacons. I don't like the herky jerky mouse pointer speed (like shoot'in rabbit froomm a chopper in tubulence. I like some of the survival aspects of it but, I would like a 911 bailout option with an ETA for the EMS or MEDIVAC chopper (although the sound of those blades cutting through hostile skies echoing off the mountains can sound very encouraging they bring you to a humiating return to last check point. One of the things I like about ATS, ETS2 and other games is Being "FREE AS THE WIND" to just cruise and go where I want to with difficulty options.They definitely should make the Dalton highway. Alaska without the Dalton, would be like Colorado without the Million Dollar Highway. Keep up the good work Jeff. Watching your videos helps me accept that I might not be able to come out of retirement and do some real trucking this season due to leg injuries. Keep the shiny side up.

This game is going to be a very very good game and I’m really really going to enjoy playing this game oh lot and I hope they will keep on doing updates on it and some more contract thinking you for making the best Trucker simulator game.

i got my t flight hotas set up so i can use the stick bit for steering. when i delivered the cargo.. i managed to get 5 stars on the backing up parking spot.
This Alaskan truck sim was was fun playing it in the demo myself, what i did notice was your demo did not let you pick a second delivery( which you cant do anyway it comes up with the screen you got after you clicked another job to do) i also enjoy playing in VR on euro truck sim and American truck sim since i don't own a track ir system also i can't wait for the Australian trucking game version to come out too Truck world : Australia , really looking forward to that one, at least this time you didn't eat all the deer meat haha xD.

Happy Monday to you Jeff.. hoping you had a good weekend.. sadly I didn't.. been feeling really depressed, haven't really slept at all maybe 5 hours in 3 days? And haven't eaten anything since Thursday, literally nothing.. just how my depression is.. hoping it'll get better.. I'll try to get to your Livestream tonight.. I have a feeling once this game comes out it's gonna be popular because you have more things to do like eat and you need rest and you can interact with more things. Should be fun
I honestly would love ets2 and ats to be able to get out of your truck at pumps and to hook up the trailers at least. The pumps may be too much work because they would have to code it for every one but I also love in this game there is maintenance on your truck. Something I always wanted previously because the always going to a shop that you can always find to instantly repair everything seemed a little lacking. It would be nice when you’re truck won’t start you could have pre bought equipment and parts to do the work yourself just even to just get into town. Don’t have to over complicate it like a car mechanic sim, just even click and see the fix happen like in the demo.
Have the developers made mention of allowing a workshop?
Also here's a tip for renting.. my parents have always rented and they easily talked the landlord into having rent for $750 here in PA when the landlord could easily get like $1,000+ for the 3bd house but they said they won't call him to fix petty stuff and we'll do it ourselves, we'll keep upkeep of the lawn, any water damage we'll do our own drywall and stuff to fix holes in the wall, get our own hot water heater and stuff like that and he was actually cool about it so maybe you could talk to the landlord about lowering the rent by a bit if you're willing to fix any problems in the house yourself.. just a thought

The demo was good and seems like this is going to be a good game when it comes out and I agree with ya Jeff I believe it's gonna be alot of fun when the full game comes out. Thanks for sharing. And that's awesome news about getting approved for the house in st Louis and hopefully yall can sell yalls house pretty quickly. If I had the money I would buy it from yall me and wife plan in moving down to Orlando or Tampa we already live in Florida but we live in north Florida and the town we live in sucks. I have the same camera issue with a wheel and controller for snowrunner, you move the camera view and you loose control of you steering for a second, sucks

i think the update was to do with the hunger bar because before the update you were getting hungry after you eaten so i bloody the update was to fix how long you stay full

Hey. With track ir5 can I use a mouse too at the same time? Like when I'm playing ats and want to do 3rd person view and look around better can I use the mouse to look and then hit the recenter view button and the head tracker will take over again? Does this make sense?

Unfortunately my Fanatec CSL DD wheel goes into self destruct mode when the demo loads, enough to shake the whole house lol. Anyone else had this ?
