i havent done any of these other than riding in the wet for the sole reason i only started 4 days ago lol and I'm from the UK and its winter, dry ground is almost non existent right now, i chose a bad time to start haha

Yes, I learned from skating in the rain ruins your board, I was not very happy when I found out.
About the water ruining your board. I was really young and I got a kids skateboard and the wheels needed grease but I thought water would help and I ended up ruining the board.
I learned how to do flip tricks consistently by holding onto a fance or bench.It's like standing still but you can get consistency faster.

State park story: so I was at the house of wheels.(I ride scooters) a kids was trying to do a tail whip to bar.(on scooter) he kept messing up. So he threw his scooter and broke my leg. He was banned to going to the house of me wheels. Also Santa cruz.

I never knew how to skateboard but I had one. I finally got the You jist of skateboarding and one day it rained and I decided to skateboard in the rain. It took about a minute for me to slip and fall and never skateboard again. I didn't hurt my self besides a few road burns.

Yea getting your board wet is bad cuz I am a new skater because I just got my first skateboard last Christmas but I made the mistake of leaving my board outside and it was raining alot where I live an it got messed up bad so I had to get rid of it .. but luckily I'm getting a new one soon

I'm surprised that I've done none of these
I’m new to skateboarding and I’m trying to learn ollie’s but I do it in grass and it does stuck the wheels (which is the purpose I am searching for). But from what you said, would it damage the wheels or rust? I have a cruising board but I find quite a few bumps and I really need to learn ollie’s. If it does damage the board I’d like to know another technique to learn it. Ty!
Grass and dirt will get your bearings dirty which make your board roll for shorter periods of time. You can always clean them by removing them off your skateboard. A good alternative is finding a crack in the concrete to practice in. If you want to be completely still then you can also use skater trainers or tennis balls with holes to put around your wheels. Hey skating through rain and snow is the best training for learning advanced skating. I rollerblade sometimes in the rain and snow, you learn to use muscles you never even knew you had.

haha oh wow; never even thought to ride on my stomach not even when i was little, as a young kid id scoot on my butt some , but never even thought of he idea to do the stomach, doesn't even look fun to me personally; now because i have mild CP (cerebral palsy ) i do often ride crouched, on my legs and push with my hands (wearing fingerless athletic gloves with a palm grip , very similar to how the amputee skaters do, and that has always worked very well, i could do short ollies, grind, do kick turns , as well as front and rear manuals

May we add skateboarding on your knees to the list? I actually knocked my teeth out that way. Tried to ollie while on my knees, the knees slipped off the board, but my feet where still on the back lip, so the board flung up, hit me in the face, and knocked my tooth out.

Skating in the rain does wear the metal parts faster, and it is way more slipery, so skate accordingly. But having a dedicated rain set up thats kinda cheap and you dont care if it breaks is the way to go imo.
