Not sure which light that is, if it has a standard bowens mount then yes, you could also look into an adapter.

Not sure, as long as it’s a Bowens mount should work

The size of the spot. Bigger number, bigger spot
A 19 Degree lens is 3.3ft in diameter at 10ft distance. A 36 degree lens is 6.5ft in diameter at 10ft distance.
