it's scotish dutch english. its so funny. you can hear she isnt scottish, nor british... but if you did not know she was dutch, youd probably be hitting yourself over the head what is off about her accent.

Did Miedema ever forgive DVD for not being in the box for that one and only chance in the WC final? Miedema beat 3 defenders on her own but had no space for a shot. If only one of Martens or DVD went up with her it would have been an easy pass and goal, 1-1 and Netherlands probably winning in extra time or penalties! Both Martens and DVD share the blame.

@@lesliejim4243 Besides Sari, Miedema did okay and had one moment of magic, when she embarrassed 3 defenders but needed somebody in the gap in the middle to pass to. It was a golden chance. Don't blame the injury, 99 times out of 100 BOTH Martens and DVD would be in the box, so sad that in the most important match of their life, they didn't even try.😔
99 times out of 100 they would not have been facing USA. Netherlands played a game of containment in the finals, and we're hoping for the match to finish goal less and then go for penalties. It was evident from the team selection itself when Shanice didnot start. Useless to blame Martens or de Donk for the defeat. Miedema's run was purely by chance and a one time affair.
