Rates are such a interesting thing. I find mine change constantly. As I get better, and learn new ways of flying, they are adjusted a little. Like everyone else I started FPV with my rates stupid high thinking that was the only way. Nope. The lower my rates got, the more precise my flying got. Learning Expo is a whole different challenge. For rates and for throttle. A little expo can make such a huge difference.
My rates are sloshy in the middle, but all like "wheeeeeeeee!" at the edges.

P&R: 135 / 0.70 / 0.35 = 900
Y: 105 / 0.70 / 0.35 = 700

on all my drones i do and suggest 40 center 800 max .40 expo on everything and what that allows is a nice play room to handle really easy close to the ground but if you really need to respond quickly it is there for you to have so maybe you need to recover really fast. When your close to the ground you dont wanna have a steering stick that you barely move and it responds like a indy car. You want grandmas steering and we all know grandmas car has a v8 in it and it will come alive when you need it to. Things come fast and you need to be able to respond to them quickly at the same time
I ran the sane rates for a year. I finally was able to do trippy spins but not consistsnt. I felt like i had control but it was on such a thin edge. The edge From control to insantiy was paper thin. I added some expo and no i can fly a ton better.. wish i had sone that sooner.

ACTUAL roll and rudder 1000, 1200, 0 pitch is 900, 1100, 0 cam angle 45. Linear rates forever
I get paranoid with helicopters too when I’m high on marijuana. It’s ok, you’ll be ok, WE’LL be ok.
Also, I still use stock BF rates on my 5” because I’m a basic betch

My freestyle actual rates are 225 center, 900 max, 0.50 expo and my racing rates are 225 center, 670 max, 0.50 expo

they are using the lawnmower to pick up the leaves, big units like that have big vacuums for catching the grass after its cut.
the machine also helps to pre-compost the leaves by grinding them in the rotating blades.
its all for a reason... stop hating on civil servants. :/
