She actually asked the host in the beginning of the video "What do you want me to tell you?" in Bulgarian then she translated it as "Tell me something to say." but both expressions have the similar meaning. :D

As a bulgarian I must say that actually there is no such word as "barank karank" in bulgarian and it doesn't mean anything. Maybe she said it that way because there's no analog in our language of the phrase that James said.Either way she speaks bulgarian perfectly with the proper accent.
