@@Bon-bn5lc Nah, it is not a pure comparison, because it is two Akumas, and Capcom didn't intend players to use 'Shin'. Also, Balrog can two punch certain characters too, so I think he takes the cake.
How to do that thing exactly the input if you don't mind ?
On an interview with capcom Akuma just said that he just didnt show up.

Playing Dramatic battle at the arcades was one of my most fondest memories in the 90s! Me and my mate would always try to get a 99 custom combo! We eventually did but it took a while! Thanks for the memories!

hahaha. Para você ter idéia quando eu criei este TAS eu o fiz com Shin Gouki e Evil Ryu e fazendo esse combo sem perder um frame eu consegui terminar o round in 96 s, So que o tatsumaki de ryu não causa muito dano, dai que veio a ideia de usar 2 shin gouki e esta aí o resultado no adon xD.

That damage is glitched. Shin Akuma was nerfed in SFA3 and Shin Bison takes the place as the rightful OP playable in the SF universe. Akuma has always been a bit of a Green Ranger in my mind - added in later to keep the fans keen.

Hi SDR i used to play KOF but as your video is amazing with two akumas. first i want to know that i used to play on kawaks and i did not find dramatic mode there. So on which software you played this and how did you get dramatic mode. i will wait for your reply.

I believe you did not pay attention on what game version I am playing. This is street fighter zero 2 alpha, maybe, you never found it before bc you should be pressing the keys to active the mode in street fighter alpha 2. Holding the 3 kicks or the 3 kicks and after press start on the title screen, you will play survival mode or dramatic batte mode. Regards Shin Akuma I had to use a cheat file proper for emulator I was using, Final Burn Alpha Rerecording, since it's not possible select him for simply command in game. Kawaks might be too its cheat file and you must download just like I did here.

hahaha,a parte x Sagat foi louca,chuva de air hadoukens,foi louco,quando a gente criar o playaround deste game iremos adicionar as ultimas lutas usando este modo (é uma ideia minha),após ver este então deu um realmente WOW,espero trabalharmos neste game futuramente um jogo de muita qualidade,para mim o melhor Alfa\Zero versão.
hehehe.. sobre um playaround é um pouco complicado.. eu vi aquele link em japones e, na verdadde, não é util. Eles explicam a sequencia de combos mas não os de glitches. Eu tenho uma bronca com glitches nesse game, pois são muito dificil de acertar. Eu tentei fazer o glitch de flutuar com o sodom, e nunca consegui sucesso. Tentei fazer os combos investido(backward combo) como tem nos videos apresentados e nao funcionam.. Sério é desmotivador.
engraçado eu não tenho problemas com glitches nesta versão,o do Sodom não tentei,mas o ultimo vídeo do keikomars ensina fazer usando até o Gen,então não acho que seja algo tão complicado todos glitches que vi consegui nesta versão (tirando aqueles que não sabemos ainda),acho que não seja algo tão complexo nunca tive problemas com sfz2a.
tente entao fazer o float glitch, no blog dele tem um video deste.
eu sei é o que usa o gen e a rose que eu me lembre.
opa reparei que keiko removeu o vídeo explicando como faz,isto dificulta um pouco mas da para fazer com Sodom.
