If you are recording with a phone, it is key that the phone be turned horizontally and that the motions be slow and smooth. Theses 2 elements will make a world of difference in the video quality. Again, thank you for posting, and I look forward to seeing the next video. Also, please tell the homeowner that they did a lovely job with the renovation. It’s beautiful.

I love the videos you produce and all the beautiful homes you share. It was really nice to see some of the homes on the street. I was born and raised in Little Rock, and there’s a few streets with those gorgeous traditional homes scattered with more modern new construction or renovations. Megan’s home exterior and landscaping is amazing, but the back porch is stunning! I can really imagine how useful that would be the whole year through in a climate like that of Dallas. Also, I love the two ladies’ dresses!

Can someone please help me figure out how to make/mix or where to find the HIGH GLOSS paint that's all over the designer's homes in Texas? I'm in love with it and wish to use this finish in my houses in Ohio and no one here has even heard of it let alone know where to get it.
Fine Paints of Europe is known for their high gloss, as well as Farrow & Ball. That said, most major paint companies make a high gloss paint. I would make sure you find a painter that is familiar with painting the finish.
