I think that was due to the fact that Murray was tongue tied by ITV (or whoever the broadcasters were) at the time. They felt that negative words would have a negative impact on the popularity of the sport. So words like catastrophic or hazardous were basically censored.
Fantastic can also mean 'remote from reality' - these days it means something good but then it could go both ways. So he was basically saying, ''this is an unbelievable turn of events'', not ''yay this is great!''

Rear ends someone, then blames them for turning into him.
When you look at the on-board vettel was squeezed almost off track. Then he barely made an adjustment to the steering wheel and ended up in Webber. Webber could have moved over and given him space so vettel could have cleanly gotten on the racing line. Both could have avoided it.

My friend in Brazilian GP both drivers had the responsibility because from the picture it might be "obvious" that was Vettel mistake but Leclerc should have made more space for Vettel as he was faster due to DRS enabled.
