The 1% improvement comes directly from Atomic Habits. I started the book a couple days go and just read the British Cycling team story. Very enlightening, and it gives yourself a lot of hope, realizing that I don't need to be 100% better by 6 months. I only need to be 1% better every day, or every week, or even every month, so I go at my own pace. The rest of the philosophies are amazing. You just made me go back to my field notes. Thank you!
