Judging by the amount of stickers on your laptop I assume you've had it for quite some time. Check for dust in the fan. You may have to unscrew and open the laptop but you also may just be able to take a laptop safe air duster and blow it into the vents.

Yo that's the hard drive fan basically what all your stuff is stored on I wouldn't push on it the fan just means its doing its job
