- The Over The Line Tournament on Fiesta Island Mission Bay is one of the biggest beach events in San Diego. The event draws an estmated 50,000 visitors the first weekend as over 1,200 teams compete and help raise money for local San Diego charities, including many for wheelchair athletes.
