@Yzh Luna yes, Alesha is the only one that really has any quantifiable talent of the 4 judges. What does Howie do? How about Heidi's? Well, we all know about where Simon came from. Dancing does not only involve dangerous flips and acrobatic. This is a totally different genre. If we talk about food - we can't compare chicken to say, noodles or how about dresses - pajamas are not the same as a wedding gown..... There is so much elegance, drama, control, and blocking in this routine - none of which Howie is not expected to understand.

That was real moves and coordination, rythme and style, it was real dance. So yeah itâs not extraordinary if you wanna see people fly but its amazing if youâre really into dance

Unbeatable just includes more extreme acrobatics that most people including me have never ever seen on AGT and AGT Champions before! And V. Unbeatable matches the extreme acrobatics with the timing and music and dancing! Quick Style here was great and talented dancers but Quick Style here was way too slow for me! V. Unbeatable on the other hand is and continues to be out of this world and incredibly amazing!

It's harder to be in control of movements than to have high kicks and flips. That is something only dancers will get. They were smoothe and in synch and smart.

Harder? You do realize the V. Unbeatables already lost one of their members because of what they do that's how dangerous it is and you do realize one wrong movement can make the whole entire V. Unbeatable performance go wrong and another member seriously injured? So in that case being in control of movements is difficult but it's not as difficult as what the V. Unbeatable does. Yes these guys are very talented and while I agree that didn't deserved the red buzzer I will agree with the judges that are saying this is champions and to be a champion you have to raise and to something more because it's the best of the best competing and while they did do some of that it and did raise they didn't do enough to raise like V. Unbeatable did. Like the V. Unbeatable are so out of this world and amazingly incredibly talented people.and each time they come out they raise the bar and they do something new and more dangerous and more incredible and amazing so that's what I think the judges meant. These guys I feel like they are great dancers and very talented but the bars are set very in this competition because of what they seen from the V.Unbeatable and other acts but especially V. Unbeatable. But having said that this brings me my next point and worry the majority of us including me have never ever seen an act on AGT that does what the V. Unbeatable does and here's my worry after seeing the V. Unbeatable I don't know how any other dance and acrobatic group or any other act is going impress the judges again next season on AGT because V. Unbeatable has set the bar so high in both creativity and acrobatics and how they do things so I'm kind worried for the next season because of that I don't know how the judges will be impressed after seeing and continuing to see the V. Unbeatable!

Actual dance is not about back flips and big tricks, THIS is dance. Iâve danced for 12 years, this is what I know and love. Howie is an example as to how dance has been misconceived to it only being good if there is flips. The technique was incredible, props to Alicia.. Howie.. really.

ive only been dancing 9 years and 2 years competitivly but im 15. Their technique was incredible and they were so good at synchronizing... this is talent
Eh. Still depends on the style of dance, for example, in breakdancing there is sort of 4 main sections to it: toprock, downrock, powermoves and freezes. Powermoves are inherently worth something in terms of breakdancing, but this is a completely different style of dance and its quite ridiculous to compare them in the slightest.
Their logic: "if there is more flips then your a greater dancer"
Well for me unless a dance has upbeat music or upbeat music with acrobatics or extreme acrobatics I canât stand to watch it until the end here!

I get it, that everyone has an opinion and the judges on the panel are chosen to do just that. However, something has to be said about --- qualification to judge, if one does not have the background, skill or expertise on a given subject matter - what is the relevance and or merit of any verbiage that comes from them?
i love them. like seriously love them. they are extremely talented and in a whole different league then the rest of the risk dance takers. i kind of get why they had to do a disclaimer before they dance. it was for people like howie. this didn't deserve the red buzzer.

Ok. Here I totally lost my respect for Howie. Dancing is so much more than just doing backflips. If he can't see that, AGT need a new judge. This piece was highly advanced dancing with depth, soul and flawless technique. This is Hip Hop eleveated to art! Guess Howie is too shallow. Quick got great reviews from the judges in World of Dance, which have qualified judges of course.
No wonder he did not press the golden buzzer for Marcelito! He is not a good judge!

They are artists and not solely entertainers, and they need educated dancers to recognize their talent. Howie is far from that.

I love Quick Style but they shouldn't have to explain their performance for people to enjoy and understand it.

I just googled what songs they choreographed for BTS and holy shit these judges (beside that one female) have no idea what the hell they're talking about. The dancing in Boy With Luv is what first drew me into BTS. And save me and Blood Sweat and Tears have some beautiful choreography.

It annoys me that they compare those two... one is more acrobatic and the other is more style of contemporary. I actually thought they did a great job. Not only did they perfect synchronization, they showed that slower and chilled acts can be captivating and fill a stage.

True! I'm not a dancer, so there are many dance routines that don't impress me. I don't understand a lot of dance genres, except for upbeat ones because those are easy to like, but even I an see that these guys' performance was beautiful. I really liked it

Um that's not what they meant. Cheerleading is not dance. I think what they meant was they have to do something that they never seen before because this is AGT Champions and the criteria is more higher than the regular AGT season. For me these guys were great dancers and very talented what they do but I kind of agree with some of the judge comments here about how this is the Champions and the bars are already very high set for the Champions after AGT Champions last season. What happened here is since they saw what V. Unbeatable does and continue to do with not only the dances but the extreme acrobatics their expectations got higher in the sense that they are looking for something that was not that simple. I mean V. Unbeatable has set and continue to set the bars higher than before. So yes these guys are very great dancers and talented and they did up their game a little but I also get why the judges said what they did after seeing so many acts especially V. Unbeatable that are uping and continue to up their game! And just to add V. Unbeatable they are a dance group just with more extreme acrobatics. You can see dancing going on at the bottom while the acrobatics are happening!

@@meyben8157 I kinda of do know what you mean but at the same time it's not that some dances are placed at a higher rank it's more of how a lot of these dance groups have been similar style to Quick Style whereas V. Unbeatable is very different not only because of the dances and acrobatics but how they time the acrobatics to the timing and music and the dance. Because of this some of the judges what to see something that wasn't simple like I said in the previous comment and like I said in the previous comments while the dance that Quick Style did was not simple it wasn't as difficult as what we've seen these other dance groups like what V. Unbeatable does and continue to do! The bars are set more higher with that and with what V. Unbeatable brought in the episode and continuing to bring and continuing to go higher and higher than before I can see why howie did what he did because like the bar is already set high with this being champions and the acts last year but this time again because it's champions the bars are set high already and I think after seeing what V. Unbeatable does and continue to do the bars have been set more higher.

That really didn't deserve a buzzer. They were really amazing dancers. It was technically smooth and sexy; I'm not surprised that they've choreographed for bts. They just don't work on a show like this where the winner usually gets a vegas show or whatever because this is too small. Now if they had 20 guys on the stage shirtless doing this then I'm sure that they would get to the finals lol. But this is a comp where variety acts tend to thrive more.

these judges see flips and think: wow such talent đ quick style has always been one of my favourite dance crews (i didnât even know they choreographed for bts in case you think thatâs the reason i like them) and their dancing is different from just flips. Theyâre so in sync and their flow is just amazing. This choreo was great too. Their dancing has passion and connects to the song super well. Itâs ignorant to say their performance isnât good just because it doesnât have a bunch of flips and jumps.

I think Simon might have been right about the song choice- but Howie really doesnât understand at all. Simon also buzzed on another dance act, and Iâm so glad that Alesha is trying to put them in their place!! Unlike Howie, she understands that dance comes in all different styles- doing flips and tricks isnât inherently better than not doing them. What really gets me is that they even told the judges before they performed that they werenât going to be explosive and they hoped that they would still appreciate the heart they put into it, but Howie didnât even acknowledge or appreciate it.

I prefer choreos with less flips tbh bcz it actually looks like they're dancing instead of just doing acrobatics and secondly, flips are dangerous.

@@myouniverse0613 For me I like V. Unbeatable more than them because I'm a person who loves more upbeat dances and upbeat dances with extreme acrobatics like V. Unbeatables. These type of slow dancing makes me bored if they had a more catchy song I would maybe like it more but the song was too soft. And also while Quick Style here was great and talented dancers I have seen a few acts like them and some of the judges have seen many acts like them whereas most people including me have never ever seen an act that do what V. Unbeatable does and continue to do! V. Unbeatable is so out of this world and incredibly amazingly talented!
@@MartialArtswithLucyLu I think their mistake was that majority of viewers of agt are the wrong audience for the dance that they did. personally i thought their performance was unique, as well as the song choice. they're also incredibly amazingly talented, but the kind that perhaps only those with deep understanding of dance (like Alesha) can truly understand and appreciate. anyway, they're already well established in the industry and have nothing more to prove so it was fine.

The judges were there for gymnastics and acrobatics. They don't know what actual choreography is
