- Moving to a new home has so many opportunities to make it your own. But this property hadn't been cared for in years. So today we are tackling a massive spring clean up. I'm excited to also share our landscaping ideas as we build these beautiful raised beds from Vego Garden. We are also starting our journey on the addition today. A whole new adventure to come!

Your son is awesome - and this project is going to be epic - looks great, Grace. Would love to use those great beds - but we had to stop planting because we have SUCH a deer overpopulation - they eat EVERYTHING and what they leave the rabbits get the rest. It's awful.

So exciting to break ground! I have the same vego bed set up with the trellis only in the 17” ones. This is my second year with them and they are awesome. I can’t wait to see what is to come.

Gardening on a hill is tricky and not especially fun. Interested to see how you tackle it. Terracing could be a great way or a rick garden style treatment with plants in crevices. Either way, low maintenance is the way to go. Soil tends to erode very quickly and many plants can’t handle that long term unless they have the right root system for it…. Believe me, I’ve tried!

We had to remove it. It was infested with mold, none of the windows were operational and the seals were shot.
