LANDR PLEASE HELP!

Hi Landr,
Firstly I had a goal of working with LANDR one day and maybe creating videos for them and I am sorry posting this but I really need this fixing as it’s affecting my career badly, especially having to start over and over until it accepts the info I’ve previously had no difficulties with.
i have no choice but to post this video because i am paying 250 quid a year (which I would like back for all the trouble I’ve endured with this faulty site over the years) for this service and it’s getting worse. I am hoping this video will clearly explain / show landr how difficult it is to get out a song via their website and that it will encourage landr’s focus on fixing this problem rather ignoring my emails and making the process more difficult.
It’s turned to more of a hinderance than a help when it could be so easily changed but my emails are being ignored and my feedback disregarded.
It’s costing so much time and therefore opportunities and money having to fight a website that doesn’t work as promised.
Each song taking an average of 40 minutes to put online via landr so i’ve spent almost 47 hours putting up songs for the 90 songs I’ve added this year. 47 hours that could have been spent learning and working.
Living with a health condition where I only have 2 hours max everyday where I can fully concentrate…this is slowing my output a great deal. And causes days where the only career progress is spent trying to get this site accept what I put in.
I quit posting songs at one point because I was having all the points of the day where I’m not in too much pain to think being taken up by just fighting a website that randomly deletes what I’ve typed in.
I’ve also got a song sitting in "my releases” that’s been there for months still not been sent to stores - can we please get this sorted out?
Please landr I really hope you put a bit of effort into fixing this , and re-vamping this to be as good as fast and logical as other distribution sites before working on the not as important A.I. features like the cover art feature because ironically it’s taking longer to get your site to send off my song than creating artwork alone.
And I have sent many emails about having autofill that would make the whole process way faster but just get told it will happen one day or ignored.
And I don’t understand how anyone ever thought it was ok to put about having a similar name in red….as if there aren’t thousands of artists with similar names? I almost don’t believe that that decision was checked with the CEO of landr because it’s doesn’t have any logic even if I had the exact same name because we can only put in the names that are registered on our PROs.
I hope you reach out and we can work alongside each other to get this to a satisfactory standard for everyone and I can have much more happiness creating songs (in the hours where my disease isn’t taking over my body) rather than filling out broken web pages over and over until they work .
And LANDR will get more clients and i can share how great LANDR is when the sites’ fixed.

James. Please try entering your name as James Bell 007 or something similar. I had a similar experience because of my name Phillip Green.
I never owed Top shop or any other brand name. Some people are stupid.

Sorry to hear about your frustration James. I’ve completely given up on my laptop even though it’s supposed to be a really good make and processor. 🤔🫤👋👋👋
