When we are young like that we aren't aware enough usually to spot these red flags or what even is a red flag or for when we are older for that matter. I got married to a covert narc at 35 years old and was completely unaware of red flags until I was 51.
I had someone say this about a 25 year old woman who I knew who was beaten to death by her boyfriend, that she should have known better. Narcissist and sociopaths can be very smooth operators and are extremely good at portraying someone who they aren't, that is a decent and caring human being until they think they have you and then the devaluation begins. This is why it's good to become aware of our issues as soon as possible so we can work on them and have a good sense of who we are and to trust our instincts and then we might have a chance of spotting these people and their red flags. Otherwise your toast because a lot of people are seriously physically and psychologically damaged by these people.

I dare to say that "a lot" of people might had said about the flags during even before their marriage, but when we're young, we're too proud to admit that maybe we should listen when other people say something for us. She didn't want to humble herself and think what other people said about the flags thoroughly I guess. That's why regret always comes later........

They wanted her bloodline, that’s why he was with Sarah (her sister). Except Sarah wasn’t a virgin, Diana was. They made sure of it and there’s theories they did weird rituals on her before they done it for the first time. Like her virginity was taking, but not exactly by Charles or a person at all but by an object. Same theory claims that this is always done to whoever is going to be pregnant with a future monarch, but something slightly different could’ve been done to Diana and that’s why there’s a bunch of William/antichrist theories. I do however believe the first part of that is likely... not saying the second part is **complete** bs but those specific theories are a dime a dozen.
Edit to add: I can’t remember her name, but there’s a video on here of her making this claim. She allegedly worked in buckingham palace and witnessed certain things or proof of certain things, servants told her about weird ritualistic things goin down there, something along those lines. So, if it could be proven that she really worked there then it could be a bit credible. I wanna say I saved the videos in my playlist titled “interesting” but I can’t remember exactly. It was a lady with short brown hair in, I wanna say a red (maybe orangish?) shirt. The video was older, like you can tell it was taken in vhs days.

    • @rieyuki
      @rieyuki Před 3 lety +38

Yeah, the differences in lifestyle between being a royal and commoner has narrowed significantly between (let’s say) medieval times and now. Royals don’t rule the lands anymore, and many entrepreneurs have gone on to build more worth than most royals, some even more than the British Monarchy itself. Today, it can be so lonely, boring, and suffocating to be a Royal, especially if one has their own dreams and aspirations. At the age of 16, Diana was blinded by infatuation and fantasy of meeting a Prince Charming, and unfortunately soon met the reality afterwards. Despite the tragedy in her story, she did so much good in the old before she left, and I believe she was successful in raising her kids to be giving and humble, especially Harry.

Princesses are rarely ever happy. Google princess latifa from Dubai. Every princess is forced into a life of extreme secrecy and scrutiny. One wrong move on their part could bring the entire country down so they’re all controlled by the countries establishment and modelled and designed and mistreated. They can’t bring their own ideas into practice or being real change because that’s against the countries intelligence. Even our politicians and presidents and prime ministers are controlled. Princesses all long for the freedom we have. It’s sadder for them because they don’t even get to choose their life, they’re just born in it. And anyone who tries to do things differently is either killed off or has to renounce their thrown (Megan and Harry). I feel like the only disney princess that remotely barely portrayed this was princess jasmine who wanted ‘freedom’ and it was only because she needed to run away to meet her love in the story, but even she got to be so happy in the end. Disney’s princess portrayals are so far from reality.

He basically had no choice about anything his entire life not his dreams, not his desires and not even his love, yet he couldn't give up the throne because it was all he had. @@kadijaist Utter rubbish. Diana was born the Honourable Diana Frances Spencer. That isn't even an aristocratic title, just the courtesy title of the daughter of the Viscount and Viscountess Althorp as her parents were known at the time. Although Diana descends from 3 mistresses of Charles 2nd (one of them was Welsh, another was a French Roman Catholic), he had no legitimate offspring and although Prince Charles did not descend from Charles II, he was a direct descendant of the first Hanoverian King of Great Britain George I (Hanover) who was a direct descendant of James I and VI of England and Scotland (Stuart) who was the son of Mary Queen of Scots who was a direct descendant of Henry VII (Tudor) who married the daughter of the Yorkist king Edward IV (Plantagenet) and they were both direct descendants of Edward III (Plantagenet) who was a direct descendant of William the Conqueror (Norman) and Alfred the Great (Saxon).
Prince Charles is the son of a Queen Regnant and the grandson, great grandson and great-great grandson of British kings. His 3x great grandparents were Queen Victoria (Hanover) and Prince Albert (Saxe-Coburg-Gotha) who were both royal at birth in an era when it would have been considered unthinkable for a royal to water down the royal direct bloodline by marrying an aristocrat or a commoner. You were only considered royal, if you had a royal title before marriage and if both your parents were royal.
Furthermore, Prince Charles's maternal grandmother, the Queen Mother was born in England to an English and Scottish family (Bowes-Lyon).
It's Prince Charles who had royal blood in his veins from birth, not Diana, and if it wasn't for the fact that the Prince of Wales married Diana, she would never have been a princess.
Diana was also part German on her father's side. Her great grandmother was Margaret Baring, a direct descendant of the German Baring family of bankers. Diana's mother was the daughter of Baron Fermoy (an Irish title) whose mother was American. Diana's maternal grandmother, Ruth Fermoy, née Gill was Scottish (more Scottish than the Queen Mother). Ruth was descended from a long line of commoners and she was also descended from an Indian Muslim.
Diana was a direct descendant of a person of colour!
Prince Charles also descends from the Spencer family through his maternal grandmother, the Queen Mother who can trace her direct ancestry to Henry Spencer, 1st Earl of Sunderland (1620 - 1643), (another ancestor of Diana's) via his daughter Lady Dorothy Savile, née Spencer (ancestors of the mother of the Queen Mother).
Diana was not more English or more royal. There were more commoners in Diana's ancestry than Prince Charles. Her maternal grandfather was even raised in the USA by his American mother.
Furthermore, Prince Philip's paternal grandfather was the son of a Danish King (Christian IX) and Prince Philip's paternal grandmother was a Russian Grand Duchess (a Romanov). If the British Royal Family took the surnames of their fathers like most families, their surname would be that of the Danish royals (Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glücksburg) and not Mountbatten or even Saxe-Coburg-Gotha.

@@natkam451 Bloody ignorant foreigner! The "great Spencers" !!! Nobody had even heard of the Spencers until Diana started dating Prince Charles, but you wouldn't have known this fact because you're a foreigner and you probably weren't even born when the Prince & Princess of Wales got married.
Diana was *born a commoner* in 1961, whether you like it or not. Her father was a Viscount when she was born and didn't become an Earl until 1975. There are 3 aristocratic titles higher in rank than Viscount and only one lower than Viscount.
The British Royal Family have *not been German* since George 2nd (1683 - 1760) who was the last British monarch born on German soil. Anyone born on British soil is British by birth and the Queen has plenty of English, Scottish, Irish and Welsh blood on her mother's side.
The British Royal Family officially *do not have a surname.* That's why they only sign their names in registers and visitor books with their first names only and only members of the Royal Family are permitted to do so under the law. Windsor is the name of the Royal House to which they belong. Saxe-Coburg-Gotha wasn't the surname of Prince Albert. It was merely the place in Germany where his family held titles. He was Prince Albert *of* Saxe-Coburg-Gotha. Prince Albert's paternal grandfather was Francis, Duke of Saxe-Coburg-Saalfeld, so clearly not an hereditary surname.
Prince Philip took the name Mountbatten which came from his mother, Princess Alice of Battenberg who was born in the UK. Battenberg was Anglicised to Mountbatten in 1917 because of anti-German hostilities amongst the British public during WW1, but Battenberg wasn't Princess Alice's surname. She was a direct descendant of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. She married Philip's father, Prince Andrew of Greece and Denmark who was the son of Prince William of Denmark who became King George 1st of Greece. His sister was Princess Alexandra of Denmark who married King Edward 7th of Great Britain (the great grandparents of the Queen) and their father was King Christian IX of Denmark whose wife, Louise of Hesse-Kassel was a direct descendant of Princess Mary of Great Britain (1723 - 1772), the second youngest daughter of George 2nd (Hanover), the *last British monarch to be born on German soil.* His paternal grandmother was Princess Sophia of the Palatinate, a 1st cousin, once removed of Queen Anne (Stuart). Sophia was born in The Hague in the Dutch Republic and became Electress of Hanover by marriage. Sophia's mother was Princess Elizabeth (Stuart) of Scotland, England and Ireland, the 2nd child/eldest daughter of King James I and VI of England and Scotland (Stuart) who was the son of Mary Queen of Scots. Princess Elizabeth was *born in Scotland* and became Electress of the Palatinate and briefly was Queen of Bohemia. Her mother was Anne of Denmark who married King James I and VI of England and Scotland who was born in Edinburgh, Scotland.
So the British Royal Family's line of succession can be traced back to the Stuarts and British soil.
So what if they are also of German descent because Princess Sophia married Ernest, Prince Elector of Hanover in 1658? He wasn't in the line of succession to the British throne - his Dutch born wife was.
How many generations of ancestors have to be born on British soil to be considered British?
Judging by the fact that you used the American word "period" instead of the British "full stop", I'm assuming you are American and an ignorant one at that. How many generations of your family have to have been born on American soil before you are considered a true American? I suppose you have to have Native American blood to be considered a *true* American.
And if you want to talk about Diana's famous relatives, that should include the infamous Lord Lucan (Richard John Bingham, 7th Earl of Lucan) who was her 2nd cousin, once removed. Diana's paternal grandmother was a descendant of the 4th Earl of Lucan and Diana's paternal grandfather was a descendant of the 1st Earl of Lucan, both were ancestors of Lord Lucan who disappeared in 1974 and was wanted in connection with the murder of his children's nanny. Lord Lucan's brother-in-law was Bill Shand-Kydd who was the half brother of Peter Shand-Kydd (Diana's stepfather).
Diana is also related to Camilla Parker-Bowles (Duchess of Cornwall) via Willhem van Keppel, 2nd Earl of Albermarle (1702 - 1754) whose parents were Dutch.
Diana descends, albeit illegitimately from Charles 2nd whose mother was Henrietta Maria of France, a Roman Catholic of Italian descent. She was also a descendant of the Habsburgs of Austria who were Holy Roman Emperors; a branch of that dynasty committed incest by marrying their nieces etc. Diana was distantly related to King Charles II of Spain (1661 - 1700), famous for the pronounced Habsburg jaw due to inbreeding. Diana was a direct descendant of his ancestors Ferdinand 1st, Holy Roman Emperor and his wife Anna of Bohemia & Hungary via Henrietta Maria of France.
My mother was more English than Princess Diana.
Prince Charles is related to Arthur Wellesley, 1st Duke of Wellington, nicknamed "the Iron Duke" on the Queen Mother's side and George Washington. Prince Charles is also descended from the Spencers via the Queen Mother (who was more British than Princess Diana).
In fact, Prince Charles and the Lady Diana Spencer were 7th cousins, once removed through the Queen Mother.
If the British Royal Family are considered German because Princess Sophia (who was in line of succession as a granddaughter of James I and VI of England and Scotland) married Ernest, Prince Elector of Hanover in Germany, then the current British Royal Family are Danish because Prince Philip descends in the direct male line from King Christian IX of Denmark who was his paternal great grandfather (via his father and his father's father) and the British Royal Family would share the same surname with the Danish royals - that's Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glücksburg.
Aww, never mind. Better luck next time.

I also don’t believe the Crown’s version of every private conversation between them as we know full well when there are only two people present how can strangers making a TV fictionalised drama nearly 40 years later get it truthful or correct: My point was purely that 13 dates was absolutely ludicrous to make a decision about a life partner but then that’s arranged marriages for you.

He was an adult, she was a child. Diana was much more strong as when she saw this sham marriage was not going anywhere, she decided to end it and make something out of herself. So let's get this straight, Henry VIII wanted to marry his love but the church wouldn't let him, so he made the church of England and him as head of it so he could marry his beauty. Until he killed her. Hundreds of years later King Edward abandons th crown so he can marry who he wants, which puts Elizabeth's father as King, and Elizabeth unexpectedly in succession and groomed to be queen. Her dad dies and she is forced quite suddenly into a role into which she is told to be a mother and a queen and be unemotional, more or less dated ideas at that time since she didn't seem to agree. This causes her and phillip to be distant with their children. At the same time Margaret isn't allowed to marry who she loves because its unacceptable for a crown, even though king Henry made his own church for this purpose. Margarets love life is tumultuous. And then Charles falls into the same cycle because his queen has to to be exactly perfect for a very non perfect and dysfunctional royal family that contradicts traditions a lot. Diana really didn't know what she was getting into.

The Queen embraced her much faster than she did Kate or Diana. It was Meghan and Harry who wanted to be more famous and believed they were being "held back" by Royal protocol.
