I am geek and I tried everything else. This printer has been a curse ever since we uosted the computer from windows 7 to Windows 10. It worked as a shred drive for 2 months and then it quit and I fixed it by making all protected files available. It quit working again two weeks ago. I made sure all spool files were shared and accessible, fixed, Firewalls, etc and made FileDepository shared with permissions to all users.. This is the last thing I tried and it worked immediately. Remember to stop and start Print Spooler service.
Thank you very much! I spent nearly 20 hours in the 10 days.
