Here's how to do Eddard Stark's hairstyle:
1. Grow your hair about shoulder-long.
2. For an oily look, wash it once a month, or never wash at all.
3. In any case, do not use comb.
It takes time and efforts, so be very patient. If people say your hair is a messy tangle with a weird smell, or whatever it is, be brave. Fight the urge to wash and comb. Eddard Stark's hairstyle awaits you. Good luck!!!
I did always wish foe some form of shampoo to be en vogue in winterfell. I sort of wanted to reach in the screen and squirt some head and shoulders on his head.

Hey! This might seem like the most obvious thing, but please consider doing a quick video on how to use bobby pins. A style like this should be easy, but I found myself having to do and redo and redo because the pins would shift and my twists would fall or sit awkwardly. :(
YES! I have the same issue.
Also works nicely on shoulder-length hair ! I have an angled bob, which is not ideal for braiding, but since this style doesn't require me to braid around my nape it's easily doable :)

I'm so glad I randomly saw this video! GoT is my favorite show and Margaery is one of my fav characters. She is so strong, kind, and has great hair/fashion haha! I've been trying to curl my hair with the flat iron for ages but I never managed to...
MarcianMarshmallows yeah, it's not my favorite method of curling. I much prefer a wand or no heat curlers.

+Letícia I also couldn't, but then I found a tutorial where a girl showed how to do it properly. it actually is easy ))) the tutorial was in Russian, I don't know if it will be any help for someone who doesn't know this language.

Margerys hairstyle is made to look like an open book in the front which is to say she made it clear what she wanted.
I tried that today (without curling my hear because it never works, my hair are uncurlable lol). It looks great in the front, but in the back... It's really messy >< ! I can't see what I'm doing in the back so I failed. I'll have to practice ! Thanks for this video :)

Girl if you use oil in your hair before applying heat you are frying it....but love the tutorial! Rlly gonna try it
It's not like we're flash-frying it with cooking oil! Oil works to distribute heat, so as long as your iron isn't so hot that you're vaporizing the oil (the bubbling and sizzling you see in cooking), and so long as you don't leave the iron in one place for extended periods, it's fine. Plus, most hair oils are formulated with other heat protecting ingredients.
