    I remember as a Steelers fan thinking why the fuck did Cutler have to show up tonight? He not only played well, but despite not exactly having a reputation for being tough, here he is putting a hit on a defender after a run.

    • @BlazingRaptor
      @BlazingRaptor Před 4 lety

      He was always tough though. The nfc championship gave him a bad rep, but he was never afraid to lower his head if it meant he would get a first down, and bears teammates constantly confirmed that even after they retired.

    the trestman era was so funny because we were such frauds, especially the 2013 season. we had all this talent but went 8-8 and had the probably worst defense in bears history. that week 17 loss still haunts me but that ass kicking by philly was sickening lol.

    • @supakewlryan
      @supakewlryan Před 5 lety

      Right?! They go into Pittsburgh and win convincingly to go 3-0, only to sputter out of control on defense and finish at .500. I feel like those first 3 weeks were payback play on how 2012 ended. You could tell the vets, especially on D, weren't buying Trestman as a leader or coach. They were pissed with how Lovie and Urlacher were treated.
