Nate, I am a loyal follower, & I live in North Dakota. I plan to buy a mobile home soon, but ONLY in the NORTH. Please tour more Northern states. I don't think anyone else is doing that, just think, you'll be the "Northern Guy". There's plenty of people already showing the Southern states, of which I have no interest. I especially like when you inform us about "options" so we can get an idea of the actual cost of the home. Keep up the good work. Thank You for all your hard work.
I will be soing some homes in Spokane soon and Billings Montana soon. If I can I plan to do some on ND and SD before the summer is over.

Love that ceiling and also the wood in the bathroom. But that shower in the master.... Um, no. Don't care for that one.
Beautiful, and would not expect anything less from Deer Valley! Only thing I would change is the backsplash in the Kitchen, IMO it clashes with the countertops. I would have all white cabinetry, even on the island, also add a patio door to the dinette. The master bath barn doors would have to be a regular door, and the bath would have to have an opening window. I would eliminate some of the cabinets in the laundry room to make room for a freezer. Cute country style home. Yea! Air vents are in the ceiling where they belong! Now if I can figure out how to get the entrance to the master bedroom out of the living room!
With the exception of the Water heater location there isn't much I would change except for the fireplace to a traditional style fireplace with gas log or wood burner and cabinets over the washer and dryer.

Hi Nate this is a beautiful home. I’ve been thinking since I started watching about where the microwave is placed I would prefer it be built in to counter height the water heater has to be in the utility room. I would never want it in a closet. Usually when a water heater goes it rusts the bottom out and starts leaking, I don’t want anything I have on the floor wet or carpet wet. The heater has to be emptied omg… the shower is beautiful but for me I’d rather have the pony wall with the glass and the tile all the way to the ceiling. With all that said it is a very beautiful home thanks for the video and have a good week

I love the whole layout!but I don’t like the boxed in toilet with no window.I think a small window in there would make it look less like a cupboard.If your claustrophobic you would have a problem in there too because of that.

I would love to see a home with white wood ceilings and dark chocolate beams and cabinets and white countertops. These mid level colors are depressing. I like contrast or light and bright. For a quarter of a million and a deer valley I was not impressed with anything but the storage. Cheap laminate panels and basin in the shower vs the usual tlie and rock. Cheaper counters. The flooring was nice.

I heard a woman talking to another about going to look at Mo-Day--Ler homes.
I like the sizes of the bedrooms but it's a little bit expensive for a home with unfinished areas

What does the room size with the comment includes closet mean?
The overall size, but the closet protrudes 3 1/2 feet into the room. But is is that size from the wall to the door.

I have to agree. They have a huge bathroom and then stick the toilet in a dinky closet. We all go to the bathroom, why do they think they have to hide it?
Just you. I personally like my toilet separate from the rest of the bathroom. That way I can go use the toilet if my husband is in the shower, in private. 😊
Yeah, I am a little closterphobic. Put it behind a half wall with a decorative plant or put a western swinging door.
Another home with the microwave above the stove.. 🤷🏻♀️ You can't put a bigger pot on the stove and stor in it.. the microwave is way to low!! And it should always be a cooker hood (?) over the stove. Steam an grease dripping down into your food isn't my kind of favorite .. 🤢
And no place to hang your guests coats...
Don't like looking at the closets
Not really impressed with this home. The tub in the master bath looks like it gets really narrow where you would be sitting. If you're over a size 2, you probably are not going to be comfortable in it. Also, the water heater access in the closet, NOPE.
