I managed to keep myself so blind to this game, that the characters from the trailers that I thought were 5* and was gonna try to save for turned out to be the first three 4* characters that we get from the story.
I gave myself minimal info too and Kuro's design team is amazing as well, their last game PGR had a lot of 4 stars who not only played great but looked amazing and though they still definately make a little more female characters they dont go hard like other games so I'd expect a lot of good male characters too

If you want the husbando then pull if you want waifu then save. No need to overthink it my guys
if we play PGR we know that a character dmg is not limited to its class. A healer can be a dps, a tank can be dps, this spider can high chance also be a main dps
so everyone and everything can be dps.

Fr this is great since I always felt unfair that we should spend SO MUCH just for a weapon.
All they could improve was this. This was obvious to do to show at least some kind of respect compared to Genshin. But looking at the MTX prices I see that they still don't care about players. They did bare minimum to steal players from Genshin (to not lose too much profit). Hence, I won't support this game. No gacha games existing as for today deserves players' support.
@@alreawon1212 Gacha games are addicting so companies use that to their advantage to force players to pay. Still I don't think ALL gacha games are that bad, I play Cookie Run Kingdom and they give many rewards to their players, crystals and cookie cutters are super easy to get but they still keep a sense of rarity. Their animations, promotions and update hype are great. And you can totally get all cookies and even promote the rarer ones as a F2P even if some like the new rarity Beast Cookie must be tryhard if you're unlucky. Here I just said CRK because indeed it's the only gacha game I play (and I play 7 of them) that truly seems to give MANY rewards but I hope that there're more of games like that !

Im sorry you are having difficulties, I fortunately got to play all night without issues but trust me Kuro is good, they're working on it. However they did say on their socials to delete and re-install to fix it, did you try that?

I got Jiyan in 20 pulls and Verina in beginner's banner (I wanted both). Very satisfied for now, will pull for his weapon and I will probably save up then.
This game is 90% SKILL BASED it is like PGR and I'm in for it... always loves parrying and dodging, its just so COOOLLL

I would just save first until I understand fully the stakes of that character. The game just started and can be finished with using 4 stars only.
Jiyan is pretty fun so far, but I'm only at UL10, so that may change as content gets harder. Still, he only cost me 14 pulls, so I'm not too concerned. And I got Encore (she's scarier than Scar!) off the novice banner in 30, so overall I'm doing better than how I usually start gachas where pity is the name of the game.
I went with Xiao and skipping Yinlin. I saw the 1.1 characters so gonna start saving for them already :)
Im hoping to get Verina or Calcharo on novice convene so that i can choose Verina or Calcharo on 5* selector, then saving all my asterite for Yinlin❤️
You can get 2x 5*s of your choice from the banner that opens after the 30 pull beginner banner. I decided to choose Calcharo and I hit him at 40 pulls into that banner and it came with 2 copies, I assume that was some crazy good luck since it closes after you get the choice 5*

few days into the game and my god is inlins banner my best pick, been using aalto as main dps with verina and jianxin using quickswap palystyle and dear god is it sooooo gooooooddddd, im gonna be so cracked with yinlins banner and using my yinlin, aalto, verina team.
did 30 pulls just to build up some pity for next banner and maybe get some mortefi's. got a 4 star gun and 2 copies of mortefi.. and a lingyang, lost the 50/50 getting the worst DPS in the game but it was in 26 pulls so can't really get mad about that, promises my next banner character and exchange currency pretty quick so i'll count it as a win lol.

Knowing bothing about the beta because I wasn't following the game prior to release, I'm glad that Electrodaddy and Electromommy are top tier because I was going to pull them both anyway based on appearance alone. xD
in dps potential, i have verina and calcharo. Haven't spent any radiant tides, would it be wiser to skip on the Jiyan banner and wait for yinlin as that would be the strongest team?
And regarding the free 5 star tomorrow, keeping in mind if i do get yinlin and my goal is calcharo, yinlin and verina. Who the hell do i pick ? lmao is a dupe worth for any over another 5 star
May I ask a question? If you pulled a 5 star before your guaranteed 5 star on the 80th roll and for example you pulled verina instead of Jiyan, will your pity reset or does your pity not reset?
I managed to get Calcachro before the guarantee and I'm wondering whether to choose Verina now (I heard that she will be quite nerfed) or choose another character, maybe even Calcachro a second time. Any advice? Because I have a big dilemma with this.

Gonna only pull for Husbandos and hope WW is more consistent with male unit releases then PGR.

BTW, will you be making a progression guide for Wuthering Waves? I'd like to know how to efficiently progress and pull to have enough for Yinlin, whether I should pull on the beginner banner first, or save in case the 50/50 screws me over.
Beginner and limited banners don't share currency. Just don't spend any astrites on anything but the limited banner.

I really want Mortefi and Danjin but I'm scared of getting spooked by Jiyan lol. But maybe I'll throw in a couple of pulls into his banner and then save for Yinlin and her weapon. And if I get him it's not really the end of the world for me because he's hot lmao.
pulled on jiyan banner cuz why not, if I lose 50/50 thats guaranteed lin for me, but since I got him in 15 pulls, I can't complain he's pretty fun to play and overall solid unit for 1.0, I have to disagree with the energy tho, I feel like his energy consumption is just fine, if you have a resonator with him like yangyang or verina then you should be fine.. now I'mma pull for his weapon cuz since its a guarantee anyways its a no brainer, and if more cool future broad sword user gets release they can also use the weapon.
Idk how the meta will work in this game if it's similar to genshin's system where older characters still clears the content. Coz I wanna use calcharo-yinlin and jiyan for my teams

Due to the free 5* selector I can pick my 3rd main dps for my team on tower, Is it worth to pull for weapon banner if you already have Main dps for 3 teams already? or just spend it for regular standard banner for dupes?

As one who overprepared and had 8 accounts ready to reroll, I was very surprised when I got Danjin in my 1st 10 pull and Verina (the 5* I wanted) in my 2nd 10 pull on the novice banner, I wish u all luck in ur pulls for this game is very fun
Apparently kuro thought i wanted jinyan, i got him on my second ten pull when all i wanted were the redheads, danjin and mortefi to be specific.

Lost 50/50 to Encore. After guaranteed for Jiyan I ended up with Chixia S6, Mortefi S6, Danjin S4. Overall pretty good. Now saving for Yinlin and hope I get dupes for Yuanwu.

Pray for me, I got multiple Chixia from the banner so she has 3 of her copies....But hey, I got the other two and got tiger boy so Yinlin is set for me, really excited!

if i get 5 star standard char in event banner in 60 pull,does that mean i need to pull another 50-80 to get the featured char?cuz i know when you lost 50/50 it only says the next 5star is guranteed featured char
This might be a stupid question but Im not finding any answers online. When a banner ends, am I never able to get that character/duplicates again? Only other gacha Ive played is Nikke and every character gets added to a pool when banner ends and you can still pull them. Im assuming theyre gone forever with the 'brick your account' sentence, but I want to make sure

I really want to use danjin which I’m already doing. For free 5 star selector i already have verina and jianxin. I don’t think i need another dps since I’m planning on getting yinlin not sure how I’ll fit her in but she’s hot. Maybe get verina copy from selector? I have mortefi s4 do i build him too?

Well my luck is on CD now lol got the General on a yolo single pull and hit on the choice banner for Vernia at 60 pity and it was the first time I've ever got wo 5 stars in one 10 pull in any gatcha.
