I practiced doing wall sits for days for a wall sitting competition (girls vs boys) and ended up doing a wall sit for 27 minutes and winning it for the girls. My thighs and legs were sore for an entire week 😭
Most I’ve done it for is 15 and I had my coach yelling me at me “make it or no food for you” forgot about the pain until I was done, couldn’t walk for 2 minutes after that but the food was good

My friends dad trained his legs really hard and made him do 3 minute wall sits with heavy books on his lap... I wouldn't believe it if I haven't seen how strong his legs are

Our basketball coach always did a challenge where whoever could do wall sits the longest wins and me and this one girl would never give up is he made us race to the opposite wall after doing a wall sit for 8 minutes on his count and the first one to get there won. It feels like your drunk, and crippled trying to run after doing a wall sit.

I’ve done enough wall squats to feel his pain. I’d do them because I got in trouble at my martial arts dojo. I was stumbling out of the room once I was finished and having muscle spasms and cramps. This kid has some strong legs. I also suggest this workout for legs. So hard to beat

When I fractured my knee not too long ago they made me do this exercise as a way to strengthen back the bones, something along the lines of that. Is it actually bad for your ligaments or are you just saying this out of your arse?
That reminds me my kickbox training. But it was much worse. Everyone was just screaming. And we had to continue everyone to finish. Kids were almost crying.
Try adding a 45 lb plate on your lap, having your coach throw you a 15 lb medicine ball and you have to throw it back to him for 10 minutes straight then going straight into suicides.
