Blue (Da Ba Dee) is the title of the debut single of the Italian Eurodance band Eiffel 65, extracted from the first album "Europop".
The single released in 1998 topped the charts of 17 countries and reached the #6 of the American Billboard chart becoming a worldwide hit. It's included in Marvel's "Iron Man 3". in theaters May 3, 2013.

This is one of the best performances ever! And I honestly didn’t expect this kind of electronic music to be *REALLY* played live! This even sounds better than the studio version which is surprising and very refreshing!

The FIRST song I heard as a child that I can remember absolutely loving! And I've wondered what makes me enjoy certain dance/electronic songs and it's ALWAYS the piano melody! Seeing my daughter dance to the David guetta remix now brings me joy!

@@DranweRagetotem Yeah, most EDM groups today are just playing prerecorded tracks from a laptop when they do "concerts", which is super lame and not really live music. It would be like going to see Hamilton on Broadway but when you got to the theater there were no actors - just one guy with a projector streaming the version they filmed for Disney+, and the whole audience just sat and watched that for 2 hours.
Actual electronic *bands* that play synths and other digital instruments and sing live are pretty rare in pop dance music these days unfortunately. The biggest acts mostly consist of a DJ (or pair of DJ's) who hit play on a laptop and then spend the rest of their set dancing around in the booth while occasionally fiddling with EQ knobs.
Here's to not lip syncing. Much respect.
