I haven't watched this channel in a long time, but a year ago during Christmas, I was bed-ridden with covid, and this channel for some reason was the only thing I could watch without feeling nauseous. Literally got me through a really tough time. Thank you for this channel.

Standard issue for restaurants, i used to work at McDonald’s and we had the same tomato slicer “tomato saber” one day we ran out of onions and we had to get from the grocery store, I thought *why not use the tomato saber?!* long story short those blades are pretty delicate, the onion was too hard . lol i hid it and we had to cut the tomatoes manually for like half a year, the replacement blade slide costs literally almost as whole unit itself
The last place I worked we would use the meat slicer to slice onions and tomatoes. It was a pain to clean everyday when you had to take it apart.

As an American who has made and eaten many burgers in my life, I can say that this looks very authentic and accurate to the way American style burgers are prepared! Some parts of the process more resemble home cooked burgers, though it seems to be made more efficiently in some ways.

Exactly how I make my smash burgers although I use the press to retain heat as well, however I’ll say for being a big batch this person was quick and gave each patty as much love as the first! Bravo!!

I've been binge watching a lot of videos from this channel and they make so many things way better than here in America. This video for example. It's a simple food being done with care and precision. Seems like a simple concept but it is widely being forgotten in many places that value numbers over quality. For example, in america, you can order anything from anywhere, but the odds of it looking anything like it did in the commercials is nearly nonexistent

@@thedarkemissary sales per hour is a nice idea, however, it's the return sales that keep you alive. So yeah, I'd rather have a guaranteed 20 sales per hour than a maybe 100 one time sales. A restaurant's downfall happens when you sacrifice quality to make the orders faster

Chefs, I live in America & you did a very nice job duplicating/replicating the American triple bacon cheeseburger. Several things I like, sesame seeds on the bun, you did not over work the ground beef which makes the burger tough, & the meat has some fat in it & fat = flavor, the most popular ratio in America for the burger is 80% meat to 20% fat, and the sauce looked very interesting. btw, French fries are the most popular side item to eat with the burger here & if you don't serve fries you may want to consider that as there is a good profit margin in selling fries

That burger probably costs 10x the cost of a mcdonalds one just based on ingredients alone. Those fast foods entire business strategy is to make them fast and cheap.
@@Aisaaax you be shocked..this aint a franchise the cost way way cheaper than these franchises thats why they popular and thats why they sell out quick. Dont forget its redered to as street food..they would be foolish to put a price tag as crazy as the latter. When it comes to raw materials this is the secret most of these buy wholesale as you could see he prepared the burgers they were not ready made. Prepared sauces etc. You may find in most cases these fast foods get their raw materials from the same sauce BUT due to their "Brand" and grasp of our minds we actually get less than we should actually pay for. Its all about the business model..just like Starbucks why people pay $4+ for a cup of Coffee which has the exact same raw materials used from the next cafeteria.😊
