The other day, we reviewed our emergency stockpile.
We review our emergency stockpile twice a year, once for the Great East Japan Earthquake on March 11, and once for the Disaster Prevention Day on September 1.
Doing this twice a year is good for us because it makes it easier to manage the expiration dates of food and raises our awareness of disaster prevention.
