If you ask the best month ... It's summer march - may. However, in Malvan the scuba diving is done throughout the month . Scuba diving totally depends upon good visibility ( sunlight) and clear climatic conditions.

Well actually there is no need of wet suit as we tourists dive in for specific and limited time. The suit is actually wore by those who dive for longer duration. However , you can ask them if you need so... I'm not sure about it . Details are mentioned in the description of the video.
