If I may, I don't really drink Rum. I'm usually a Single malt guy but if I have to drink Rum, this is my go to. I find it really smooth, reason why I have to Interject. I don't find it strong at all, its like water. As a true Single Malt guy, I always drink without anything added, not even Ice.
Gold rum with coca cola right?
Probably the most classic way to enjoy Bacardi gold is mixed with cola! A splash of lime doesn't hurt, either.

Agree to disagree! Yes, it may be a bit tough to drink by itself, but it's a perfect option for many cocktails/mixed drinks.
