Whenever I listen to Kadam Morten, I get new insights that are so helpful and practical. For example, that my discouragement originates from my self-grasping - thinking of "me" as an ordinary self, with instrinsic ordinary faults and limitations, and thinking "this is who I really am". Wow! - so useful - now I can try to let go....
If a teaching or a advice is applicable for you, you should discern it as that.
As you did good.
Then practice it until you will master it, because from this level you will be able to teach and share and so help without ´mistake ´.
´Mistake ´ here means asynchronously, if a being need water and you give food.
From the very moment you give an advice or a teaching to someone, it has to be feel as relevant in the life of the other in order to impact positively.
The faith that it can changed in better the current circumstances owned by the situation.
