Iori is still the best for Chesed. And is more versatile so can be used in any Piercing content, while Mika isn't meant for crowds. She's also Indoor PVP goddess, while Mika might not be good in PVP because of cost. Even if their moods overlap they are still very disctinct in their roles. I would say that she's encroaching on Maki more actually, but she's good too because of her Def shred and high Attack Speed.

But maybe Iori can get a Unique Gear more fast. She is one of the old favorites and hard carry senseis since the start of the game (literally taking down lvl 70 mission bosses with lvl 35 in chapter 12)...

This is the very first character that i levelled all the way to UE50 excluding free characters like T. Hasumi(jp only, UE50 for free), Azusa, Maki, etc. But if you're talking about dupes alone 6 dupes will get her to UE40 160/180. The rest should be very, very easy to afford

Her basic attack does hit in a cone, presumably like Iori's EX in area. And i think her EX have the same range but is a sweeping attack.
