Your sound engineer it is also a genius. By earing those recordings I have the sensation of being in a seat in front the orchestra, the sound it is so crispi vivid and full of life it is incredible.
Well said, a sound man can make or break a performance. Their video crew is also first rate. This channel in my opinion is the best on CZcams . ✌️

on my pedestrian soundbar linked to my 2014 MacBook this performance sounds AmAzing....i can just imagine it on a 900 dollar one ! miking and mixing desk presence are indeed top notch....but the room's acoustics are in for a whole lot for starters...me thinks

I’ve never heard this cello concerto after thinking I had listened to most of his works over nearly 30 years.
Surprisingly, it is not very well known. Middle movement in particular is one of Vivaldi's finest and most avant garde works.
These recordings are a gift which I receive with much gratitude. Many thanks to the performers who realized the music, as well as the sound engineers, and all involved. I cannot speak for others, but my life is definitely improved having these to watch and listen to. I also want to thank those who support VoM. I often don't have money to buy food for three meals a day, so I suppose in a way I'm freeloading. Still, having access to these brightens my life in ways you can never know, and brings back memories of a time before disability threw me permanently into bed, when I made music with a viola like those in this video and a pointy bow, along with others. It is a communion like no other, and I love being able to see and remember, as well as enjoy everything you present. Thank you so very much!

Ever grateful to Vivaldi (my favorite CC) and love for orchestra's such as VOM. It is my musical escape from this world of hate.
BRAVO! I especially love the 2nd movement- such gorgeous tone, absolutely perfect trills that do not distract from the beautiful, genuine and deeply soulful playing of the melody. Very fun and virtuosic 3rd movement too! Thank you VOM for featuring Bill in such a fabulous way and being the best of the best back up group : ) .
