Anchor. Anchor is the most game changing badge on this game. My 2 way went from jumping aimlessly into the air for blocks too getting set snatch block animations before my opponents go up for blocks or lay ups I love it
I think Gold posterizor (obviously HOF too) is pretty OP because they make your green window on meter dunks MASSIVE but not too many people use the meter sadly
My contact meter is huge but regular dunks are tiny on a 99 dunk lol

Bro you missed work horse. Highly useful and slept on badge. It pops up on offense and defense in any loose ball situation. Pokes, rebounds etc. cant go wrong having it

Best badge in the game because players lack common sense without it. You walk right past a loose ball without this badge. Definitely worth being on Gold. Pops up constantly. Even as a point guard with no rebounding ability I can swipe rebounds that are bobbled away from people. It's so useful.
People get mad about the glove badge how about y’all move the ball instead of dribbling in the same spot the whole shot clock.

Players with good handles literally can’t dribble because of the glove badge.. I have gold unpluckable and you legit just flat out can’t have the ball with a lock on you.. That’s outrageously broken and guaranteed 2k will change it they’ve already hinted they’re planning on nerfing glove thank god the shit ruins the game.. Also if you’re one of the players abusing it fuck you.. The shit is deplorable

I got a 70 ball handle and I don’t get plucked as often but I DO see how people can say glove is OP. It doesn’t really take skill (from the steals that I’ve seen) in older 2ks you had to wait for a certain bump animation and then reach. These dudes just press square at anything and get a steal💀

Can’t really get the team involved when you’re getting stripped bringing the ball up the court. Play NBA live 19 and look at how the steals are on there. Going for a bad steal attempt will get your ankles broken or you’ll get blown by, you have to wait for a certain animation… on 2k they literally just reach, the only penalty for a bad reach is losing an adrenaline boost, even then they still get steals without them😂

I feel like volume shooter combined with green is a great combination for all shooters
what do you run volume shooter on? I've heard some people say it doesn't make a huge difference if you run it on bronze or silver as opposed to gold or HOF... I've tried both and I geniunely am not sure, sometimes it seems like it def makes a difference but it seems inconsistent.

I run hof volume shooter and hof green machine and I hit some pretty dumb shots, gold catch and shoot too as well
Anchor can make people miss open layups. So i would say that’s pretty broken 😂. Anchor is great like 50% of the time but sometimes it just goes crazy and I’m not even contesting a layup it’s says coverage “open” and they miss

Thats the first thing I got from rhat choc clip. If you're goinng to do a crossover infront of me then expect me to try and steal the ball when it goes down. Then the steal from behind happens all the time I think of CP3 and Jose Alvarado doing that all the time. The goame is going to be realistic if they have that

Space creator and shotcreatin takeover goes really well together. It’s basically always green since then defender gets his ankles in a bunch and the green window is insanely big(pause)

IMO if you’re going against HOF glove and a 99 Steal and you got less than 90 Ball Control and only gold unpluck you should get ripped if the steal is timed right, I have a 6’6 SF with 90 ball control and I rarely get ripped this often maybe once a rec game barely ever happens to me in park
CLAMP Breaker is a killer, definitely more useful than most but for me Green Machine

For my bigs out there or anyone caught into a bad animation at the rim an need to put it in the basket quick a must have is fast twitch. This helps you get standing posterizers the higher the better I’m going crazy on my wilt chamberlain build and Joel embiid

Guard Up is a pretty dope badge especially when defenders are late to contest
I would say Work Horse is a very UNDERRATED badge. Helps with loose balls and long rebounds for bigs

The bully badge is perfect, it may take a little getting used to it, but knowing how to activate it, even on bronze and silver, is amazing to get people away on a layup. Most builds do not get this badge, even my seven-footer doesn't have this badge. Most builds do not use strength unless you are a center, slasher, or post-scorer. I have a 6'3 build that unlocks this badge and it is so helpful in situations where I need an open lay. My slasher build has this Hof, and god damn it throws the defender to the ground.
Agent 3s, amp and space creator are really good badges but space creator is more of a personal preference

I use pogo on gold for miss timing block attempts but now that you said that I just realized that’s why I rebound almost everyone of my misses
I know I’m a bit late, but one of my buddies had Claymore and Catch and shoot equipped at the same time. Those two badges do not activate together. Hope this helps somebody

Work horse is over looked I have it on HOF on my lock and silver on my 6’9 2-Way Inside Out Scorer. It helps when you activate glove bc you can poke the ball but work horse accelerates you towards the ball also when they try to steal it from you if you have work horse higher than them you’ll get it right back TRUST it’s my fav badge 🔥🔥🔥
I’ve noticed that most of the time you pluck them and you both fumble the ball, work horse doesnt activate in that particular situation. So hof is overkill imo
Facts you really need that glove workhorse combo because a good amount of the time the ball just goes back to the offensive handler without work horse
how about mismatch expert as a 6’1? activates on players 6’6+ or 5” inches taller. most players will be 6’6 or taller online so it could be useful for 6’1 and below builds

This is my perspective over the HOF glove situation.. if you have 89-92 ball control with gold unpluckable going against HOF glove and 99 steal you’re supposed to loose the ball lmao. They’re sacrificing a lot to get 99 steal they gotta be awarded somehow.
You sacrifice way more for 99 ball handle than for 99 steal tbh, especially since most 99 steal players are lock sharps and only need to do 2 things while guard need to do more

Missed limitless range badge really booste your make percentage by like 20-25% for each level
A tip for using green machine is to take some mid range shots first because you’re green window is a lot bigger and after to mid range shots green machine will activate

I think steals are fine just the way they are. Only people that are complaining are ISO players, left-right players and players that care nothing about teamwork or sharing the ball. 2k needs the steals and defense to balance the unguardable speed boost players. If a defensive players had invested in HOF Glove offensive players should invest in unpluckable. Plus there more dribble heads, iso players and 6’9 demigods then they are lock downs. Y’all continue to say this as if having steals on this level is necessary for balance. They’ve already overhauled the stamina system with adrenaline and moves reducing more stamina to limit the amount a player can dribble the ball, they’ve nearly negated the speed difference between smaller guards and bigger players even further, made shooting more difficult, made contested shots harder to hit, and made defense more effective. Yet you noobs who benefit from a broken steal system continue to cope with the idea that the steals as they are are necessary. Unironically, git gud, and stop letting broken game mechanics bail you out.
They’ve changed the game in the defenses favor and given defenders more than enough tools to adequately defend any type of player. This is one of the most simulation basketball game experiences and it’s still really good. it’s just steals making it a complete arcade fest

Y’all complaining about steals but as a player that has both a PG and a lock with HOF glove, there’s nothing broken about it. 9/10 times if someone tries to pluck you and you have 3 adrenaline bars it’s going to be a foul. Even if you only have 2 there’s a decent chance it’ll still be a foul. On my PG I hardly get ripped because I don’t run the adrenaline down.
I like acrobat on hof with the jelly for layups I hit some crazy ones in the Rec an the 1v1 park 😂🔥

Exactly!!! I rarely get ripped. I don’t dribble like the bots and I pass to my teammates. But then again me and my friends played real organized ball before.
I think Volume Shooter is an underrated badge if you can get it on gold then you should it's free attributes
My personal favorite badge is vice grip, even if I get plucked I just pick the ball right back up.

Sliders just need to be changed. Forget the badge and rating. I think the steal slider should be changed. I get steals without the badges with a 65. I dont think glove is the problem its the steal rating its self.

I feel like I would simply not be able to make basic passes without it. Every pass I throw gets intercepted with an 80 pass accuracy and I have this on Silver. If I didn't have it at all I think I'd average like 8 turnovers a game in Rec.

I agree sometimes glove is OP and sometimes you just run up press square and the ball is yours, but in that clip with the 2k league player, he was dribbling in the defenders face, that should be an automatic steal hof glove or gold glove or silver glove.
Need to stop complaining and learn to dribble properly, you dont see kyrie over dribbling right in the defenders face for 10 seconds, he moves around and thats why he cant get ripped.
brick wall is also a good badge jus it helps for screens but also in the paint so u dont get bullied down in paint so easy

This is all accurate as far as I can tell.. my only problem is that you’re calling driving the ball a “rim run” and a rim run is actually when someone (usually the big man) literally runs to the rim trying to beat their defender down the court and get an easy bucket. Driving the ball is Not a rim run.

Volume shooter! Again Tier 1 and from the second shoot is helping you swish.

I guess I’m stupid but don’t I see the point of limitless as long as you aren’t out shooting in Steph range, it’s just that it’s usually tier 3 and that’s expensive so if you just shoot normal threes you can spend that on something else…idk maybe someone can educate me and I’m looking at it all wrong. Limitless range is broken but since not many people get it higher than silver, you don’t really go against it much but people can literally shoot consistently from half with no takeover and just gold limitless. I can’t imagine if I seen someone with hof limitless.

Glove should only be effective if there no or low turbo, no adrenaline boost, bronze to non unpluckable, and low ball handling. If pg spamming moves in front of me and he gets tired he should be getting poke and that’s really life mechanics. Reason why these badges don’t work is because they remove the logic behind the badges they made.
My argument when I hear this at 2:44 is "All they do is run side to side, all they do is run back and forth". -palmface imo it's about time defense is able to stop the side to side to side to side to side to side to side shit that's happened for over a decade. change my mind
