She says that the pitch was so high and that she only sang the word titanium once in the studio and that it was used throughout the whole song. In the wango tango performance she actually goes a couple of keys lower because it's so high. Same thing with chandelier .

This was before she was diagnosed from bpd so when she backed away from the mike to gain some kind of control...
