Cozy games are MUCH older than Harvest Moon and Animal Crossing. M.U.L.E. (1983), Little Computer People (1985), Sim City (1989), Sim Farm (1993) are some of the earliest games of this genre. The term came later, but us older folks have been relaxing under blankets with a nice cup of tea to games like this for decades. ~♥

Honestly sounds like CZcams is trying to push this for advertising purposes. I've never heard of this before or anything even remotely related to it, until this video showed up in a special featured banner in my CZcams recommends...
(And I'm an avid gamer).
