Great video, I'm searching my first scanner but i only want to access to the parameters of EV vehicles, Renault and BYD mainly. Wish one do you recommend me? Thinkdiag for example or one like this?
Thank you Oscar! Ah this scanner is currently only available for the brands I listed on the video description (along with links to each scanner). Here is a good alternative that has more coverage for more brands czcams.com/video/9qwJlUEWN9A/video.html including EV's. @pavel8303 You're welcome, Paul! Not sure what you are looking for but for diagnostic history, the tool will only track the vehicles that it has been used on. You can't manually add vehicles that the scanner has not been connected to. Hope this helps, Cheers!
Hi, interesting video,the link you have provided for the BBA model is different from the version you are demonstrating in the video,as yours has a key to the right and is orange,the one in the link is black and has no keys at all?
Hi Darren! I just checked the link, it takes you to the right one (I placed links to both BBA and FGC versions). But it is possible that if you are in a area where this product is not available, Amazon will redirect to a similar one. Cheers!

You're welcome Darren! Ah that would be a little hard to say (which is better) Launch has so many variations of this tools, some are functionally identical but sold under different form factors for different areas of the world and some look identical but are running different software or the hardware is very different internally. My recommendations when comparing scanners, is to open both listings on separate windows on your PC so you can compare them side by side (and even then it's a little hard with all the marketing fluff they put on listings lol) Mine is the Elite V2.0 if it helps, and

so, i bought this and after 2 uses i got a black screen with sounds when touching screen and buttons. no help from support, any ideas?
Hi Richard! That is strange shouldn't do that (mine is still going strong but will update this comment if something changes). I would try restarting the unit and if it still does not work, I recommend contacting for tech support and please keep us posted on your findings. Cheers!
