So a lot of times when state troopers assigned to NJTA building sometimes they technically drive Turnpike cars. Lot of times just NJSP cars.
Commissioners and some high level executives also have the squad cars if I’m not wrong.
I worked there for a bit at HQ.

Thanks! They are a high ranking official with the NJTA that respond to major incidents along the turnpike and or parkway not sure exactly what their title is but I believe they help coordinate resources in some sort of command type role for the TPA
