your plumber is spot on..knows what to do..Make sure drainages are well done before final plasterings ..from what i see you will need at least 150 to 200 bags of cement to do just the drainages manholes and skirtings. maybe 4 more lorries of fine sand...
Proper planning could have helped mitigated some of the abortive works experienced. Once the masonry works are over or mid way, invite the plumber, electrician and other tradesmen involved to map out routes/points for their pipe work, conduits, power points et al. House taking shape. Good progress and amazing work to all the teams.
