Stipend ek fixed regular amount hota hai e.g. research scholars ko fellowship milti hai, teachers ko salary milti hai and ye dono chizein monthly milti hain yani ki ek regular period pe fixed amount mil rha hai unhe. I hope apko clear hua hoga.😊
